Perhaps be a little quicker with the check out process and don't process my credit card twice for the same transaction. I spent over 50 minutes here.

My appointment was 9:00AM, the store didn't open until 10:00AM? My return was 9::00AM the next day! But I told them I would only have it part of that day, and I returned it at 3:30PM same day! And the office was closed again? The hitch size on car trailers changed so my hitch I have used for years to tow U-Haul trailers and my own was useless and I had to run to a near by hardware store and buy a new one!!ðŸ˜³ so it took me 2 hours to get out of the U-Haul office and get and change out a new hitch take pictures of everything ðŸ˜³ and get on the road 2 hours late! But all this was NOT!! The office managers fault, poor internet and an outdated computer! Che did the best she could considering what she has to work withðŸ™ŒðŸ»Don't know about the office hours?ðŸ˜³
Truck dirty never inspected it until after. Had to repeat my info. Slow
Keep location the one promised when reservated. Make sure person gets right size truck. Make sure your employees on the phone don't tell customer 10 different things.

No one there when we dropped off the truck. Not a convenient location for us to get to.

Lock box was not registered and cuased delay in picking up truck

Nothing. Everything was well managed. The owner was very pleasant.
Took 15 minutes after location was open to get helped, as the woman who ran it was next door in her apartment blow drying her hair. She had trouble with her computer connecting to the Uhaul website.
Lady was rude and pushy when trying to drop off trailer. Asked about me not sweeping trailer 3 times when it was already immaculate and I barely had it half full with nothing messy inside. Charged my extra money for not having exactly half a tank of gas when in fact it was approximately 1/8 of a tank less then half when I picked it up from the Chichester one.
Computer program seems a bit long in the tooth. I rented three times within one week and it still took quite some time to get the paperwork done.
Dollina was very nice. Helped us pick furniture from the consignment area.
This was over 45 minutes from where I had ordered the truck and put me over 2 hours behind schedule. Had I known this when I signed the contract in Wakefield, NH I probably would have made other arrangements. While I understand the logistics involved in moving equipment this is something U-Haul needs to figure out. For that reason I would NEVER recommend U-Haul again.
Pine tree storage worked well for my uhual needs. The person was very pleasant and helpful. The truck I needed was available as promised when I booked the reservation. Clean the truck like you are supposed to and you will not be charged a cleaning fee, they tell you that. For those that forget about cleaning and want to complain, well you caused your own problem.
I have heard many bad things about this woman and the way she runs her uhaul. I am a long time customer of uhaul and have NEVER been charged for having a dirty truck. One of your corporate people JEFF GILCRIS followed up with me on my complaint and was incredibly rude, did not believe my story and my simple logic... i moved nothing but big pieces of furniture, how is it possible that theres trash and debris in the bed of the truck? Last i spoke with JEFF he said they had a witness, the next customer of the truck, who can claim whehter or not the back was dirty, he would not give me back my 25$ cleaning fee on the honor system and basically implied i was lying about the whole thing by needing to verify with "his witness" what the "true story" is. I have my entire phone call with him recorded. If i dont hear back from someone at UHAUL corporate who has the authority to tell these small town MORONS that what they're doing is racketeteering, dishonest and nasty.... i'm going to cause the biggest shit storm you've ever seen a customer cause.
I rented a 10' truck, but upon arrival I was given a 15' box truck. I was told that the 20' truck had gone out and that my only option was to take the 15' truck. I specifically reserved a 10' truck because my daughter goes to school in Boston. Storrow Dr and Mass Ave have low bridges that do allow a truck with over 20' of clearance. Because I was forced to take the 25' truck I spent hours (and miles) driving around Boston trying to get out. I ran into bridge after bridge that I could not pass under. If I rented a 10' truck, it was because I needed a 10' truck!
We moved ONLY a sectional, chair and ottoman and a table with 6 chairs. The truck was dropped off at 12:00 Noon and there was no one there! This morning we got an additional charge for $25.00 for cleaning because our son did not put the blankets back in the bag. Not good! This was our third U Haul rental during a FL and NH move and we were never charged a cleaning fee. The woman was NOT nice!
Contact customer if the keys are dropped off to make sure what time they came to not charge for an extra day.

The woman was super friendly and very customer service oriented. She is a pure example of what an EXCEPTIONAL customer service example should be. I have used Uhaul before within the last year and the last time wasn't as pleasant as this time. I am glad my cousin said to give your company one more shot. I will use this location even if I have to pay for extra mileage in doing so.
