The staff was very helpful, but couldn't give 5-stars as there was some systems issue that prevented a smooth rental checkout. They did all they could and then processed the rental via paper-based form, but probably took an hour to get it done
Truck broke down. Pick up was delayed due to unorganized employee.
The location is a little difficult and there is little to no signage outside to inform the public.
Provide better customer service when using the mobile pick up process, make it clear that the 15' truck is actually a 12' truck with a 3' mother's attic (cannot lay 14-15' item flat in truck)
Recommend changing pick-up time to 0800 instead of the required 0900
The price I was charged on my credit card and the amount in the bill were different.$132 verse $151.80.and she couldn't explain why. Also it was at a UPS store,so no help with tow hitch.
We were quoted a price and turned truck back within 5 hours and 49 Mike's later and charged more

My pick up location was changed on me 3 different times and it was very frustrating. I made my reservation online and recieved a confirmation email with my correct pick up location then the night before I recieve a call saying that the location I choose has no trucks for me so my location was changed then the day I went to pick up my truck I recieved a call while on my way to the new location saying that they wouldnt have a truck for me untill later that afternoon so my location got changed yet again. Then that same day I get an email saying my drop off location had to be changed. I did not have a good experience with Uhaul this time at all. I am very angry that my locations got changed on me numerous times making my move more difficult. I think you guys need to fix things with truck reservations because this was unacceptable.
I would like to say I had a great experience but i can't. It took me an hour to find someone to answer the phone with the exception of this location. 3 times was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Not impressed and would try another company next time.
Over fueled and uhaul doesn't reimburse. Thieves in my book.
The lady who handled the contract and vehicle was very knowledgeable, polite and had everything ready to go when I arrived. Return was quick and easy. The vehicle was practically brand new in great shape, and ready to go with less than 1200 miles on it.

This location was fine and girl was helpful. Issue ran into was with reservation.Reseved at Old Town Maine location got confirm call morning before around 8-8:30 am 3-4 hour later get message rest now moved 35-40 miles out of my way. Then called and spoke with Main U-Haul.com # and able to find truck in town 10 miles away way extremely confusing.
I dropped the trailer after hours, so I can't assess staff or cleanliness. The location is great.
Clean vehicles and fill with gas and have truck requested. This was not my requested pick up spot. I went to my requested spot after call saying it was in a different area. They said they would take care of it and to pick up at first requested location and they would have my truck. When I went there they said I would have to pick up at the other location and it was a 15 ft truck not a 10 ft as requested. This delay made me late for dripping of a rental car and cost an extra day. Not happy.
The pick up and drop off locations we're changed from those identified in the registration with minimal or no notification. This is unprofessional and creates hardship.
The service was wonderful. Could not ask for more.
Didn't feel like I was given all the information since my drop off location changed. Spiderwebs all over the door of the trailer.
