You guys scammed me on the fuel, I'm never using you again. While the equipment was clean and ready to go, the problem was when, at the end of the day, I refueled my truck. First, giving a guy a truck with 1/4 tank of gas is unacceptable. Top it off. Second, I was at 3/16ths of a tank when I started fueling it at the end of the day, and I first put in 2 gallons. For a 40 gallon tank, that should have pushed me to the 1/4 tank mark, but the needle never moved. I then put in 2 more, and then another 2, but the needle never moved! So here I am, dumping fuel into a truck with a messed up fuel gauge, which I shouldn't have to do. And then, after giving up, I find the next morning that you charged me $30 as a "fill-up fee" and another $13.50 for who knows how much fuel. When you give a guy a 1/4 tank, and tell him to fill it back to the 1/4, you either get what I got here, and rip him off of $40, or, you get a little extra gas for free. This is a scam, and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

The tire on the vehicle was rotted and never inspected. 5 miles into our relocation trip, the movers experienced a tire blowout that could have been deadly for themselves and others. Tire split right down the middle and the drivers were abiding by the speed limit of 55 miles per hr.We contacted roadside assistance, three times, despite the contract that states "roadside assistance should arrive within 1 hr." The movers sat by the roadside for SIX hours before assistance came! When we contacted customer service. We were given the run around. It has been almost two weeks and still no resolution or compensation for this experience.

Got overcharged without any explanation. I rented a van for a couple of hours ($ 19.95) to bring home a couple of things, and I ended up paying almost 3 times more than that amount. Called customer service and they were not helpful.

Well to coincide with the Netflix series the " defenders" uhaul has its own version at this location..appropriately called ahem the " Uhaulenders" ..( just work with me I'm heading ..somewhere).. You have the arse kickn' detective melissica Jones solving any issue and kicking the " tail- gate" of the competition and she can fly too I've seen her really..: then you have the immortal " iron fist " aka David punching his way through any cargo or 24ftr to get it rocking ready for rental. Epic. You have the indestructible Jordan " cage" that won't be stopped delivering unstoppable customer service..then finally you have the hellion of Hamden ..the daredevil herself lorraine who can get a contract done blindfolded. I have seen it she unfortunately didn't and walked into a cargo van but that makes no difference..bottom line this fantastic foursome delivers great customer ..service..are friendlier then your neighborhood wall crawler .and avenge any issues you have had from so called other rentals. So stop in and vist and get in and out faster then kapow! Whoosh! Uggh! Yeow! As they tackle any issues and deliver the best in service..wait till the sequel..hehe..

I got a call at 6:30 this morning from david at the falls road (21211) uhaul telling me he found a bag of money in the cab of the truck i rented yesterday. This was the ticket money for an entire weekend for my performance art group (I'm talking over $10,000). We'd have been sunk if he hadn't been honest about finding the money. I am so grateful & feel really lucky that your employee is a stand-up guy & kind enough not to this i was a crazy person for letting all that cash fall out of my bag after a very long weekend of shows. I rent uhauls multiple times a year & will always go back to falls road for my rentals. Thank You So Much Uhaul of Falls Rd. and David. You really just don't know how much you saved us by just being honest....

Contract stated full tank when I got one mile away I discovered it was actually 3/4 full. Took a picture. Contract had incorrect odometer mileage that I did not catch until move was done. It overstated my mileage by 100. Luckily I had the photo and it was straightened out. Should customers need to take photos of gas and mileage so you won't cheat them?

It was a little frustrating to complete all of the pre-check-in questions online, including updated driver's license information and providing a credit card for the reservation, to then arrive and have to wait in line for 15 minutes and then be asked for my credit card and driver's license again. Not sure what the point of checking in and confirming online was...

Was sent the estimate receipt as my final receipt. Had to call and wait on the phone to get the matter cleared up and my actual receipt with correct mileage recorded and deduction made sent to me via email. This was 2 days after the rental.
