The ladies at the Bajersfield drop off were exceptional .

I first tried to sign in through the app and it was a little confusing because it asked for a second piece of information that I wasn't ready for (passport, friend's verified phone number etc). So just know that if you're using the app to check in check out you'll need that second piece of info. If I was told that during the reservation process I missed it...
