note that the engine idiot light on the 10' truck is sensitive to the gas cap, and the steel cable holding the gas cap makes it very difficult to fully tighten the gas cap, so the idiot light stays on. Which is alarming and a cause of wasted time

The van's bed was wet, Yes it had been raining heavily and the previous customer must have been loading/unloading in the rain. Still, I had to take extra precautions to keep my stuff from getting wet from the van's bed.

Both pickup and and drop off locations were fine the problem we had was with reservation. We made a reservation for a truck in advance. Less than 24 hours before our scheduled pickup time we receive a text message noting our pickup location and time had been changed. The new location was 50 miles away and the pickup time was changed from 9am to 130pm. After sitting on hold for nearly 30 minutes we were told to call back in the morning (the day we were due to move!) to speak to a different department. We called back in the morning and once again were told to speak to a different department, only to find out that the truck we reserved would not be available in our location and in fact no other trucks would be available in our location either. We have 4 local U-Haul locations and we were finding out the day of our move that nothing would be available for us. We ended up going out of our way to pick up a smaller truck at a further location, setting us behind more than an hour. This was an absolutely horrible customer service experience and we will not be using U-Haul again.

I requested to pick up the truck in Hudson NH. I got the confirmation call the truck was ready the night before pickup as expected. However no one mentioned the truck location had changed. I drove to Hudson NH to find no truck. Then called back the number who called the night before to be told the truck is actually in Ayer MA. That would have been good to know before. We lost 2 hours of packing time.

The computer kept malfunctioning and not processing my reservation properly which became frustrating, but Kenneth was very helpful and was able to fix the problem that was of no fault to his own.

Owner allowed trailer to leave lot with faulty and corroded light wiring. I returned looking for new trailer light connector. Owner tried to get me to purchase a new one. I refused and assured him that was his responsibility to provide functioning parts. His employee gave me the new wire free of charge and i was finally able to go on my trip as planned. As a paying customer, my experience was horrendous. Owner should be ashamed for the poor service.

My experience with the location and the vehicle was fine. Experience with the web site trying to make the reservation was NOT!. I got to where I was sent a verification code. When I opened email to get the code, I was deleted from the reservation and couldn't get back. VERY confusing. I was able to find the res on myuhaul so it worked out.

Kenny was very helpful the day I was getting a storage unit. He showed me one unit and I asked to see another. The first had an oil mark and I was a bit concerned about boxes on top of it. He was very patient and showed me another that was much better. I will say that they may have an issue with mice, but it is an outside facility and that is to be expected.

The original confirmed order was not in the system when I arrived. The attendant placed a NEW order and estimated $69. The actual cost was $96 because the attendant made errors on the second contract. Overall service was confused and disorganized and had trouble with your computer process. Fortunately a truck was available to replace my 1st "lost" confirmation. Just a disappointing experience.
