I reserved a furniture dolly, the guy at the shop confirmed I wanted one, but when I arrived to my place with the truck there was no furniture dolly. It made the move a lot longer and more difficult than it should of been. The guy at the shop was rude too. Also the shop said it opened at 9am, which I arrived a few minutes after and he didn't let me in, I was knocking and no one was answering. I was going to leave, then he finally opens the door. I also call Uhaul to tell them about my experience and they did absolutely nothing. Definitely not a pleasant experienceAmber H.

The guys at the front desk do not provide much information. This was my first time I rented a uhaul vehicle and they didn't mention thinks that I have to check before start driving (i.e odometer, gas). When I received the invoice the miles they were charging me don't seems correct, but I didn't take a picture to claim a reimbursement. It was not a good experience at all.JUAN T.
