The location is a car dealership that is literally in a field with very limited access and one narrow, uneven dirt road going in and out. Two uhaul trucks could never drive down the road at the same time. Secondly, when I dropped if the truck, the gate to the field/road was locked. So I just parked the truck kind of in the middle of the road. No choice. Then I had to walk several hundred feet back into a creepy car lot in a field with limited lighting and numerous safety hazards to drop the keys into the uhaul box. Very sketchy. Not fun or v easy for someone who might have an injury or physical disability. Can't believe uhaul does business like this.

There was no one at the location who managed the rentals. Thankfully there was a person working who was able to call the owner and figure out the rental. The vehicle that was assigned to me originally (per my contract) was full of car parts. Again, thankfully, there was another vehicle on premise (there were only 2 available) that I was able to take instead. It worked out but this vendor does not give a good representation for U-haul.

We returned the rental truck (two days ahead of the due date) on July 3 at 10 AM. We didn’t get any receipt of the rental truck return until today, July 8th. The receipt showed the return was made on July 5th AM!! This is unbelievable. We sent a message on July 4th on the UHaul website requesting to look into the delay of receiving the return receipt. We repeated The request on the next day, July 5th. No response was received until today!

Owner told me to just drop the trailer in the yard. He didn't want to get out in the rain. But it was fine that me the customer gets out in the rain to drop the trailer in a filthy muddy yard. He said he would come over to the location later in the day to check the trailer in. I received no email that he checked the trailer in. I called him back late in the afternoon and he said he checked it in. I didn't get the email until he sent it again. Very poor customer service.

Business is salvage yard/used car body shop in an open lot without any office or persons on staff to help. I had to track down a person to call the owner in order to check-out trailer over the phone. No receipt of contract received. When I returned trailer I couldn't reach anyone at the business, it was a Sat at 5pm so maybe that's why, and figured out how to checkout online. That process was relatively simple since it was only a trailer. Biggest complaint is no customer service, no contract, no communication. Fortunately I'm strong enough to unhitch trailer but I could see this being a big problem for many people.

This U-Haul site was difficult to find. FM 620 is busy and we overshot the tiny U-Haul sign before we saw it. Once we turned down the caliche road, it wasn't clear as to where the location was located. The personnel were extremely helpful and pleasant, the only plus to this particular rental.

I was forced to take a large car hauler and had reserved a small one. Then I went to go go get the car and it was at an automotive repair facility the store manager put the straps on and the one on the driver side pop loose on the way down to another shop. Then they tighten it down again and one the way back it loosened up an came off for the second time. The ratchet is not working terrible transport. I went to go take it back and I had to do the labor by myself of unhooking the trailer. Then finally a guy showed up and put the leg down on the neck of the trailer. I will never use or recommend this location.

Location ifficult to find. No one was on site and no one answered the phone the first time I called. When he did answer, he was at another location and did not have the truck I reserved. I had to use a smaller option and he had to explain everything and complete the transaction over the phone.

No one at the location - dirt lot - I had to unhook the heavy trailer myself - no jack stand - this was at 2:18 PM Poor customer service from UHaul. Miserable experience - I rent from UHAUL a couple time a year to trailer my classic cars around - this was a bad experience

Where to begin. This place is a disgrace to the UHaul brand. Junk yard meet hill country, be ready to drive around a few times (with GPS) before actually finding this location, and then parking knee high in mud, if you are lucky, the concierge 300 lbs St. Bernard guarding the key box at the trailer deck (off the leash), will greet you with a deep bark in the dark. Uhaul had a nationwide computer/system outage. Which I understand, but the world doesn't stop when internet goes down. The owner wasn't even at location and had to speak over the phone and he refused to rent what I had reserved until system was up. I sat in the parking lot for almost 2 hours waiting and talking with uhaul customer service. finally he showed up and a "miracle" the system was working. My reservation was for 1pm and we didn't leave until after 3:30. And all i was offered was a 10% discount. :( A backup plan should be in place for situations like these. Old school manual processing or verifying with uhaul corporate should be enough!!!

The Uhaul people hooked up the trailer and told me to drive on the trailer when it wasn't connected. The trailer flew up and pulled part of my bumper off. I need to know how we are going to handle you paying to fix my car. Call me at 512-584-5342.

There needs to be clear signs for the location, I passed it several times and finally had to go to the U-haul location down the road because I could not find this location. They gave me directions to find the location but was still not easy to find. You have to go down a dirt road, the location is to the right but there was no sign so I went down to the end only to have to ask the people there and turn around. There is only one tiny sign on FM 620 which really only shows the cost of the trucks. The gentleman there was very nice and professional. They need to make it easier to locate it

The people where nice and friendly. It was very easy to pick up the van and drive off the lot. There was no office and business had to be conducted over the personal phone of an employee. The location was too isolated and seemed more like a junk yard.
