The check out person had no idea how to use the Uhaul computer system and ended up giving me the wrong vehicle after fumbling around for 44 minutes. I did not get a confirmation text telling me to take pictures of my vehicle until 3.5 hours after I left.

The guy was rude and told me that uhaul was a side business, he told me if you are on rush you can go to another place. After all of this inconvenient they charged me 20 dollars for moving pads that I never used and he never gave me. I went to the store and told him about charging for something he did not give and he just text some guy and told they will give my money back in 3 days. I called uhaul to complain about it .because I did not believe that guy anymore.

Checked out a 20' online, went to the location and the cashier stated they never have 20' at that location. Was never contacted by a U-Haul rep like the site said it would.

Not a full service uhaul business but a sketchy convenience store in a bad part of town and exactly not where I had requested pickup. I was surprised it was not a uhaul store, which I needed so I could buy needed moving supplies. Nor was the site the closest uhaul shop or even one of the more convenient sites that I requested. I flew from out of state to move with two other adults and cancelled a cheaper Penske reservation because uhaul supposedly had a truck with â€œ3 seats comfortable for 3 adultsâ€ but it was not as described - 2 adults at best with a small middle seat for a child but without cross-body seat belt. No cruise control for cross country travel. No receipt, had to fill out my emergency info on a blank piece of paper with anpink (!) ball point pen at the pick up location! The real issues were poor customer service on the reservation end. I have used uhaul on several past occasions, I am very disappointed with the new poor level of customer service and inability to answer basic questions about the rental truck, coordinate rental even with advance notice or give me specs and answer questions. and provide paperwork and documentation upon request.

Horribile! This is the third time I have requested a specific drop-off location and was told to go to another location or pay a relocation fee. Not pleased at all.

They said that the tank was full when I picked it up, which it was not. It was half full and I took a photo to prove it to the guy. I filled it back up after the move and before the return to half full, again I told the guy this. He said no problem, but went ahead and charged me nearly $70 (!!!!) for the half tank of gas. I had also ordered moving blankets, which they did not have when I came to pick up the truck so I had no way of protecting my furniture. The location was GHETTO as all hell. I was asked for change maybe five times and did not feel safe to say the least. I'll never get a U-Haul from this location ever ever ever again and I'll be calling to dispute these erroneous charges.

This location was not where I asked for ; almost 30 min from to the nearest location (which was less than 10 mins away) . Very busy and took over 15 mins to get service. Then I get charged for being over the mileage!!!!!

The guy was not helpful. Had to figure out which truck was mine, had to move several trailers to get to the one I rented. Figured out how to load a truck on the trailer myself then drove off and waved goodbye while he was on a smoke break. Not a great start to a 1,500 mile treck. Other than that I loved my rig and the leaky cab.

This was a totally inappropriate site for me to drop off. It was just a convenience store. Very far away and there were many more locations a lot closer to the zip code I gave.

This location is based out of a corner store it. There was a significant time delay since the individual had to take care of those customers first. Waited over 20 minutes for something that is supposed to take 5 minutes.

Unsafe area, was approached by several beggars and harassed upon arrival. It's a convenience store and clerk left our check in to serve other customers. I had to complete most of the data entry and then argued about payment (I prepaid). Had to go to back room and get blankets and haul to truck. Very difficult to get truck out of space with no help from anyone. Bad all around.

Need better signs. This place is inside a convenient store. If there weren't hauls outside there would be no way of knowing. There is only a small sticker on the door, next to Bud Light neons, and Monster Energy drink stickers. Also, had other people coming in to buy sodas and chips while I was being checked out.

I'm really unhappy. This was a convenience store and whenever a line developed the clerk made the uhaul customer stand aside and so they could serve all the store customers. This took up 30 minutes of my uhaul reservation. Then they didn't have the dolly I requested over a week ok. This took more phone calls and calling around and then me driving around to get one. All in all an hour and a half of my reservation was eaten up putting me behind schedule. Then dropping off took 45 minutes because again even though I was there first I had to stand aside so everyone could buy their convenience store purchases. Uhaul had the nerve to charge me for being over time when that was entirely their fault. Not only do I not recommend this location, I don't recommend uhaul. I will be using another company if I move again after this garage experinece.

Location was at a convenience store. The gentleman didnâ€™t come out to help me considering Iâ€™m a woman instead a street peddler helped me and pushed it back with the other trailers. The gentleman gave me receipt and I left. I donâ€™t know if he even went outside to see if it was there. The only thing that I liked was that I was able to drop it off late.

Auto transport wasnâ€™t hooked up correctly; auto transport chains completely rusted; surprise charge of $260 which agent could not explain. I agreed to pay half to keep it moving; seatbelt latch broken. Homeless man came to help agent and I install auto transport because he was concerned that we didnâ€™t know what we were doing. He was right; paid for 20 blankets and a dolly which werenâ€™t in the truck.

There was no lock box to drop off keys. I went in store and the only employee in there had no idea. I ended up locking the key in the truck. I hope I dont end up getting charged something..
