I booked a dolly, but the dolly wasn't there. The app wasn't clear enough to tell me the process to pick up the vehicle. The app pushed the upsell and buried the pickup instructions.

This location is not great. Making this a full remote experience via the App added about 1.5 hours to my checkout process. I could not get the App to work. The attendant at the location just directed me online and then disappeared. Will not use them again.
Mario TWhen we finished the check in process and started vehicle the fuel was empty We submitted pictures of empty fuel gauge We asked help on your chat option and they did nothing The chat won’t even work after a point We wasted time figuring out how to get fuel to the vehicle to even be able to use it It’s was completely nonsense and waste of our time and money using U-Haul Everything got delayed in the planned process and on top of that inconvenience of going looking for fuel was last hit I should not have to go looking for fuel to start a U-Haul vehicle Never using this again

David DI arrived for an unattended pickup, and the UHaul web site told me to come back at 10:00 when the location opened for a hand delivery. I came back at 10:00 and my order was cancelled automatically because I hadn't picked up the van. Thankfully the attendant at RightSpace Storage Austin was able to rebook it for me and then everything was great.
