The gas cap was broken off, the drivers door had be struck and would not close all the way until slammed, the inside was not pleasant smelling. The truck severed my needs but I will not return to this location in the future.

Only complaint - gas cap had been broken off. Made it very hard to remove as well as causing the "check engine" light to remain lit. Other wise the experience was uneventful. The person checking us in was very nice and helpful.

My reservation had to be changed multiple times because the location did not have the vehicle I requested which caused a major inconvenience for me and additional driving. Also, my reservation did not show up at a location I was told to go to. Be sure to make sure the all information is accurate for customers before confirming a reservation.

I truly enjoyed my experience at U-Haul today. From the very moment I walk through the doors they made me feel so welcome and willing to help me with any questions or concerns that I had. They truly went over and beyond to help me with my moving situation that I had. I can't wait to share the U-Haul location at 209 Maxham Rd. Austell GA with my friends and family. completion of rental pick up had to be done over phone site has no uhaul terminal/computer. Credit/debit info given via phone to uhaul rep.Would have given excellant rating if not for that. Rep at site was very nice though.

Before handing your customer a key and sending him on his way, you might want to do the following (all of which you failed to do with me): Provide the customer with a written document confirming the rental. An email confirming my reservation is not proof that I have rented the vehicle or proof that I have the vehicle insured. I had to demand something in writing. Document the mileage ifthe vehicle. You were trying to send me on my way and you had no idea what the mileage on the odometer was. There was nothing in writing. After demanding documentation, you took my word for what the odometer said. You are lucky that I am an honest person. Everything I just said about the odometer also applies to the level of gas in the tank. You had no idea and simply took my word. You are lucky that I am an honest person. Finally, you should probably check your customer’s I.D. to make sure he is, in fact, who he says he is. You never did this. As for the vehicle, I rented a trailer and auto transport. I’m not sure what your policy is on what you should provide. The U-Haul place in South Cobb drive hooks the trailer up for the customer and checks everything. You handed me the key to the truck and expected me to hook the trailer up. To get to the trailer, the truck had to be driven between the trailer and a parked van with very little clearance in each side. When I refused to attempt the maneuver, you drove the truck for me. The fact that it took you several maneuvers of inching forward and back while trying to get through shows how crazy the idea of expecting a customer to do this is. I also have a photo of you doing this and documenting that you hit the trailer (well, rubbed the trailer) with the truck as you tried to get through. Overall, I will never rent from this location again. I just don’t trust that they are legal or safe.

Hello, it looks like whomever sent me my receipt for my rental on May 10, did not attach it correctly, I can not open the png file. If it was a PDF I could review/download it. Also, I rented on May 10, was charged on May 11... this evening, May 13, I see UHaul has charged me again for a rental to be debited from my account on May 15 - someone needs to contact me and correct this error. I do not want to get charged twice for a 2.5 hour rental. Please give me a call at 404-580-4142.

The person running the U-haul portion of the business was never onsite. Transaction required someone who was there to communicate and conduct the check-in over the phone with the U-haul representative. Then I had to hook the 6x12 trailer up to my truck alone without an ounce of assistance from anyone. Fortunately I was strong enough to lift the trailer tonge a hook up to my pickup and knew how to connect a trailer and lights properly. I feel for anyone without any experience they would have been left out to dry. Also, trailer was parked up against a wall so I could not lift the tonge initially but had to connect the chains and pull the trailer away from the wall before i could connect to my truck. At return, again the u-haul rep was not present but was contacted by phone. I will not ever use this location again.
