The truck was clean but the steering wheel was very sticky. The exterior of the truck was damaged in all sides. The driving of the truck felt extremely dangerous it shaked and was hard to steer. This truck should be parked and crushed.BERNARD C.
LOGISTICS WAS A NIGHTMARE AND PRICE QUOTED WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO FINAL BILL. HAD TROUBLE WITH REAR TIRE ON TRAILER KEPT GOING FLAT, HEADLIGHTS WERE DIM HAD TO USE HIGH BEAMS AND WIPERS WERE SHIT AND WAS DRIVING IN THE RAIN. I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN THE PRICE WITH GAS I COULD OF HAD IT PICKED UP WITH A SEMI AND PUT IN COVERED TRAILER. I WAS QUOTED 750. FROM THE FIRST PHONE CAL TO THE 5TH IT WAS A MESS EVERYTHING WAS WRONG GOT A CALL FROM ARKANSAS WANTING TO KNOW WHEN I WAS PICKING TRUCK AND TRAILER UP.DEANA Q.
The staff was excellent but the Vehicle was not clean. The truck had paint stains in the seat and middle seat had a small burn hole. Also was told there would be a 2in ball hitch on the back but there was not one. Customer service was Excellent.Charles B.
Well the 2nd locations service was great! My 1st reservation was at a center close to my home. It was closed when I arrived! I called customer service and they directed me to another location further away from from my home. This made me late for the job I had to do. So basically just spent $100 for a half done job! The process to get the rental truck took almost 45 minutes. Then after getting the rental truck the inside was dirty. So the process could be a little faster and the rental a lot more cleaner.Mildred R.
I was rerouted to this location and should have just declined to pick up the truck. This is a seedy motel with unsavory people just sitting around lurking. It was very unsafe and made me nervous, and I don't scare easily. The truck also pulled and the engine light came on and stayed on. This left me fearful that the pulling would result in the vehicle breaking down. Thankfully I had a short trip.Tiffany B.

I was told the location opened at 8am by Uhaul. I arrived at 8am to find the guy at the desk asleep and he said the "Uhaul rental manager is not in until 8:30 am". I advised that is not what I was told by Uhaul. He did not seem to care and told me to take it up with Uhaul. I had to wait until 8:30 am which put me behind schedule because the traffic after 8:30 am is MUCH worse and I knew the delay would be significant. I called Uhaul to discuss the situation at *:00 am. The first person I spoke with told me to take it up with the guy at the pick up location (WRONG ANSWER). I asked to speak to a manager and the manager took it more serious and did the right thing. At 8:30 I went into the motel where the rental location was once again. I was met by the SAME guy I spoke with at 8:00 am who told me to come back at 8:30 am because the "Uhaul Rental Manager would not be in until 8:30 am. He finally started the rental process. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT???? The guy at 8:00 am and 8:30 are the SAME guy!!! When he checked me out he charged me TWICE for the full coverage insurance. He could not understand that I had already selected full coverage when I book it and it was already in the price he charged me. I had to call a UHaul manager a second time to get the issue with the full coverage insurance fixed. It took the guy at the pick up location 30 minutes to check the truck out. This delay in checking it out cost me DEARLY in time because I spent an additional 45 minutes in traffic because of the delay. Had I know he was not open until 8:30 am, I would have selected a different pick up location. The location does not reflect well on Uhaul.Johnna C.

The mobile pick up was acting slow, I went inside to ask them for assistance and he told me I couldn't pick up because his manager wasn't there, when I told him that I was doing mobile pick up he still insisted I wasn't allowed to get the truck until the morning.
