My truck was not available for pick up. I had to cancel my reservation for that day and pick up a new truck on Saturday. The rep at the store did not check mileage or gas in the new truck but everything was based off of the truck I was suppose to have. I ended up paying more for mileage and gas due to the truck Miss up. I would like a refund for the gas I put in the truck due to it being based off of the truck I didn't have or rent. I was also told I could switch my credit to a debit at the time of the return. The rep didn't know how to check me in. We stood up there for almost an hour and got to the end of my reservation he couldn't find the keys to the truck. This was poor costumer services and due to them not being organized I ended spending more time and money then I should have.

Have staff to give contracts copy, do inspection of vehicle with customers, be more courtesy, check vehicle in and out with customers so responsibility if any customer are aware.

The bill showed a usage of 3 days when the trailer was returned on same day within 3 hrs. of usage. This was only noticed when reviewing final invoice received. No additional receipt or paper was given when trailer was returned.

I was extremely upset to have to pay for 4day rate for a trip that lasted less than 9 hours. I picked up once trailer was available at 3:00 pm on Friday and returned it Saturday morning at 11:34am. I have rented trailers previously and paid $110.00. I feel I was taken advantage of. So I had requested to be in touch with a Supervisor to help with the rate that I was charged. Come to find David Shelier called me and explained that yes this was a lesson learned. He's not able to assist and we will NOT be using Uhaul for business now personal from this day forward. Very disappointed!

The truck was very dirty, the cup holder area was covered in sticky soda. The truck also clearly needed an alignment from how it drove. It felt very unsafe to drive but unfortunately I had no other choice since I had to be out that day.

I have had a problem all three times I used Uhaul. From them messing up my reservation date and time to not having the equipment that I reserved. I am not pleased at all with the company. May have to use another company.

Darlene Hutlene needs to be fired. She is an incompetent customer service representative. She prefers to argue with customers instead of helping to resolve their issues. Ms. Hutlene also canceled my reservations instead of accommodating me for my inconvenience. Altogether it was a horrible experience especially when talking to Darlene from customer service.

The U-Haul guarantee was not upheld. I arrived to pick up my U-Haul at the reserved time12pm no truck was available. I did not get a call to pick up U-HAUL until 2pm and the U-Haul representative would adhere to the U-Haul guarantee to pay me $50.00 since the truck I reserved was not available and they didn’t have another truck to rent

Information I should have been given I was not given.what the milage was when I started.the gas gage info was not given.questioned the milage.also was charged for gas and I put gas in it.without the proper papers I had know idea what the gas was suppose to be.very very pooor
