The mover helpers didn't show up and when I talked to a uhaul rep on the phone that night she told me my rental would be extended. When I dropped the truck off I was charged for the extended rental. I wouldn't have kept the truck for another day had I realized that I was getting charged for it. If you want to claim that it's a third party site booking the mover helpers then it shouldn't be able to book it on your website. The costumer service rep I talked to when trying to explain that I had been extended by another uhaul rep was rude when I asked for a supervisor. She told me she was the only onein the office. And if I called back I would just speak with her. I called another costumer service number and she called a supervisor but the fact that the rental was extended by your rep wasn't taken care of. I am still being charged. I am unsatisfied with how this was handled. I do not think I will use uhaul again because of this issue. I could have hired a moving company with a truck and helpers for less than it cost me to move all my things by myself. Not to mention the time thatbi waisted waiting on helpers who never showed and the time I spent on the phone talking to three different service reps.

My original pick up time was 9PM MST. I arrived at 7:15PM and mobile app would not allow me to pick up. The clerk on duty was able to change pick up time. This was my first time using the mobile app. She was very patient and assisted me through the process. I used the app for the return. Easy to use and convenient. Great location and experience.

The whole process of reserving a uhaul was a mess. I remember it being suck a simple process, not anymore. I called customer service to reserve a truck for 10am becaise your webpage kept failing. I get a confirmation text hours later saying it was reserved at 12, which is not what I agreeded to on the phone. I called customer service back and they said 1015am was the earliest I could pick up the truck. So I took that time anyway even though I was told 10am earlier in the day by customer service. When I got to location it was not even in their system thag I have reserved a truck! What if someone had got there before me asking for a truck and took my truck that I reserved! Then the system keep crashing and was sooooooooo slow. The lady at the oick uo location was nice and felt horrible. She called customer service who was also having issues with the system. Fast forward to 1HR 40MIN LATER I left with a truck. This out me so behind. Last year when I rented a truck it was still the paper system, in and out 10min top. This year took nearly 2hrs. If you are going to change to online: 1) only show available trucks. Don't let you "reserve" one and wait hrs later to be told "one at that location isn't available" by customer service 2) hire someone to focus on making sure your companies system can handle high volume usage so it doesn't take 2hrs to get a truck. If I could have moved a different day I would have walked out. It was so inconvenient. I had movers waiting on me, racked up extra coast, anf was late getting out of my old place because of the 2hr delayed start. This expierence will have me questioning using uhaul for future moves. The process has become innconvient and too complicated for moving timelines.

the soap that was used to clean the truck made me nauseous while driving it. 30 degrees outside and had to keep both windows down. Need to improve on this. The store clerk said she had forgotten to roll down and air out the cab but I find this a poor solution to a major problem. It was like a carcinogenic glue smell.

This was my first time getting a rental van with Uhaul. I must say, this was one of the best experiences ever!! What made my experience beyond exceptional was the level of genuine customer service I recieved at this location. Also, the van I rented was perfect for my one bedroom apartment. Your website listed 'My Buddy & Me' (a pet store) as a pick up and drop off point. After completing the online order, I received a call from UHaul stating they were no longer affiliated with UHaul and asked if I wanted to pick up the vehicle at the Dollar Store. A friend dropped me off at Dollar store whereupon I was informed I could only have the vehicle for 4 hours. I wanted it for 2 days. My complaint rests with UHaul's support staff that had bad info on the website and then mishandling my order over the phone. The Dollar Store employee was very nice and professional; I have no problem with her. I have a big problem with the UHaul rep who repeatedly called me a liar about the length of time I wanted to use the van.

was unable to "self" pick up the truck so I had to wait an extra hour...there were no keys in it - the young woman who helped me was very kind and helpful but I think this location should not offer self pick up

The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Rented a 26 foot truck that had a maintenance light on. Although I was able to complete the rental, there is always a concern that the unit may break down. But the front desk did mention it was going to be repaired the next day.

This location was great to us. My original reservation was messed up. I had a schedule pickup date for a location on Buckley and Chambers that ended up being closed. I was in a panic because I had movers coming at 5:00 and it was already 4:30. Customer service rerouted my reservation to the 2300 Chambers location and They were very patient, helpful and understanding. I would absolutely use them again.
