The sales person advised that I had a total of 70 miles on mileage back in .. I disagree with this mileage and with total charge of $ 104.00. I only use this rental for in town... know more than 30 miles ... this was only a two day rental...

We have never experienced worse customer service than we did with U-Haul. When we received our pickup location, it was over an hour from our preferred location. I was told my only option for something closer was to rent a different truck. We decided to rent a smaller truck in order to pickup closer to our home. When we went to pick up the smaller truck, we were told they didn't have one available and refused to help find an alternate truck.

solid price and did what it needed but both vehicles were filthy, steering on the box truck was sketchy and there wasnt even a gas cap for the filler and it was dumping rain which cant be good for that vehicle. Aaron was very helpful in the process though.

I paid for pads weeks in advance when I reserved my Uhaul. When we went to pick it up the guy said he “gave them to the girl before me, but would reimburse me.” We were about to leave when I realized they didn’t have the dolly I paid for in our truck either. When I went to ask for it he grabbed one and just threw it in the back. Didn’t strap it down or anything.

It took me more than 45 min to get the truck that is not what I reserved. The cargo van that I reserved was not available and the representative did not offer me another vehicle until 45 min after my reservation time. Then when I was returning the truck after business hours, the drop box was broken and there is no place to drop the key. So I kept the key with me and I have to go next day to the store again to give them the key. It was a bad experience overall and wast of time. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Truck was old and not clean, even admitted by the representative at pickup. When I returned the truck, there was a charge I had never seen before renting a truck from U-Haul. I was told it was a $14 charge for insurance. I have never used the U-Haul insurance in the past, and did not ask for it this time. If I signed something or said something at pick up about insurance, I was unaware. I informed the representative I returned the truck to, and he insisted we talked about the insurance at pick up. This is completely false. When I asked him to correct the charge, he said he could not do it. I am asking now for this correction to be made, and a credit for the $14 placed on my credit card. I have never had an experience with U-Haul like this in the past. I will need the confidence that U-Haul representatives are honest to rent in the future. I used one of the 6x12 trailers at this location to move my stuff in storage. When I initially picked up the trailer I was told that I was getting the good trailer out of the two that were available. Once I got to my house to move my items I noticed there was a large pool of grease and oil in the trailer. Having already driven two hours away it was too late to return the trailer and get a new one. I tried to lay down blankets and plastic, but the grease and oil soaked through. By the time I got to my storage unit, my mattress had been destroyed. Whoever used this trailer before me obviously used it to move lawn equipment or some kind of machinery and spilled oil/gas/grease all over the bed and it was never cleaned out. Upon returning the trailer, the location had already been closed but when I inspected the other 6x12 trailer it looked brand new without any huge dents like the one I had and was perfectly clean.

This location needs to work on their customer service skills, very rude and not very helpful. This was our second visit to this location and each time it gets worse. They charge for items you don't ask for and then get mad when you ask for a refund and throw money at you or tell you you have to contact corporate.This second visit I returned trailer 4 hours later however they took it upon themselves to still charge me the full two days!! i use UHAUL all the time and this location makes them look bad.

The truck was clean and worked great. They scared me when they left me a voicemail the morning after I returned the truck to ask where the truck was. Apparently they didn't properly check me out even though when I handed in the key they told me I would get an email with the final bill. By the time I had called them back they realized that they actually did have the truck. Not a huge problem, but I was freaking out a bit thinking someone stole the truck off their lot and they were going to blame me.

I ordered this Uhaul for my mom to pickup as I am unable to drive due to a broken foot and had been homeless for a time due to it and was finally being able to move into my new home. When I ordered the Cargo Van online I stated I needed it for 12 hours and the computer approved it stating thatit eas covered under the $50 reservation guarantee. I also preregistered online with all my info and was NEVER made aware that the cargo van had been double booked (I made the reservation far enough in advance too that the owner of the store had plenty of time to call and advise of the double booking). When my mom and husband got to the store they WAITED 15 minutes as one representative sat talking on his cell phone while the other representative helped another couple and then when that rep left he finally said to the person on the other end that (quote) "I guess i should get off the phone now and work" before coming to help them. Then Jessie (the guy they worked with) tried to bully them into ony accepting the van for 4 hours (not long enough for our moving use and apparently they only do 24 hour rents, not 12). My husband was with my mom, he is a disabled combat vet, and he called me to find out what I wanted to do. I asked to speak to Jessie bc I was curious about the $50 guarantee the website listed as our order wasn't to be available as we needed/ordered. Jessie took the phone and when I asked about the above he became condescending and rude, to the point I politely asked him to stop talking that way to me and asked him to tell me what he could do for me instead. He did offer a 10 foot truck for the same price/mileage cost, which I was thankful for. However when my husband called me after picking the truck up he advised me that Jessie said to both him and my mom (and I quote) "If it had been yesterday and she had talked to me that way I would have cancelled your reservation". I will NEVER shop or rent a Uhaul from this location (Agency Repair Shop in Aurora) and will be leaving reviews on the major sites.

Make sure the truck isn’t listed as stolen to the local police, I was detained, laying on the sidewalk and then put inside a very uncomfortable police car because the police said I stole the truck, not a very good experience today. If property is being tampered with it should probably be fenced off from potential harm.

The national U-Haul dispatch office changed my drop-off location to this particular location which caused me difficulty and delay upon drop off. Further, the drop-off location was completely unaware that I was in-bound, was not prepared for me, could not find me in their computer system, causing a 20-minute delay.

The business was fine. But I originally wanted to pickup at a different location. As we’re pulling out get the truck we get a call that the only location where we can get a truck is in Aurora. I got to spend an extra hour in horrible traffic because you can’t plan correctly.
