When I arrived i waited a minute or two for the rep to finish his call. He found my reservation and asked for my DL and credit card. Then another person walked in and asked a question about some work he had done, and I figured OK, one quick question, he's still processing my truck. Then another question, then another, and soon I was standing there watching him help this other person, dropping me like a hot rock. I stood there for a minute when finally another rep saw what was happening and came over to complete my rental. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be back, for ANYTHING.

U-haul scammed me for 175 dollar. they said that i had not returned a trailer on a due date and demanded that i pay them 175 or i could not rent this trailer. So I was forced to pay them for a fraudulent claim prior to renting this trailer. GOOD BYE U-HAUL CRIMINALS!!! The fools would have had another $1200 for a truck rental but now they are banned! Customer service needs improving. Employee was rude and insulting during conversation. He used scare tactics to convince me my tow package was not efficient, claiming the hitch was attached to a plastic bumper. I had to climb underneath to show him the hitch was factory installed, welded to the frame, and correctly rated for the 4' x 6' trailer I was renting. The cross-country move went fine and towing was a breeze with no issues.

I did not have a good experience with my U-Haul rental location. The transaction was very rushed, with little explanation as to the rental requirements. My truck had a "low tire pressure" light on. I addressed this concern to the rental agent. He seemed very unconcerned and said, "Don't worry about it." Finally, I estimated my mileage when initiating the rental contract. Upon return, after calculating my miles to be approximately 11, my receipt reflected exactly 15, as was initially estimated. I was told charges would be adjusted to reflect actual mileage used. Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience. Though the difference in mileage would only be a few dollars, I expect to be charged accordingly, not based on an estimate I provided at the time of rental.

Equipment was clean. The header above driver was totally loose , I was concerned with it falling on me during the move. Making sure trucks are safe before sending them out would help.

One of the Worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The equipment was not functional when I arrived (I made the reservation days before), they were rude and told me I needed to go get it fixed elsewhere. They did not check the trailer before I got there and the other trailer they had was broke also. The sent those customers away also. That can't possibly be the customers responsibility to fix uhauls equipment. Plus he (jason) sent me out on the road with an unsafe trailer. It cost me a 4 hour delay to me trip. one of the most infuriating events of my life. I have also filed a complaint (1438450) and expect a refund. Uhaul should be professionally embarrassed.

I reserved pads and a dolly. When I got there, they didn't have them for me. The boss was having a bad morning so he had a bit of an attitude. I let it slide cuz everyone has a bad day, but he didn't seem to care I was inconvenienced. I had to drive around town looking for pads and a dolly.

Because of all of the r/s's with my reservation my drop off location was lost and so when i checked in they didn't have me down. Thankfully the guy there took it anyway and just updated everything!

This location was frenzied and overbooked for trucks. They didn't have the furniture pads I had ordered with my rental and explained that, conveniently, the furniture pads were not included in the Uhaul $50 'Guarantee'. They asked me to sign two barely-printed waivers about paying for truck damage that I couldn't even read (their printer toner was out and the pages I had to sign were mostly blank white). When I voiced concern that the waivers I had to sign weren't readable, the man told me I could either sign or cancel my reservation and he'd give my truck to someone else who wanted it that day. The staff were short, hurried, and quite unconcerned with their quality of service. However, they did have a truck for me, so this location served the overall purpose.

When you turned on the AC, a horrible burning smell came through the vents. Also, the truck smelled heavily of gas. Lastly, when you tried to go above 50 mph, the whole truck shook.

The staff here was very rude to me when I can to pick up the van and when I returned the van. It was a different male both times.

Very nice and helpful person checked me in. Truck was not particularly clean, and the tow-haul did not seem to be working correctly (truck stalled while in motion twice with tow-haul on)--reported this to receiving U-Haul location).
