The wipers didn't work properly. The running lights and regular regular back lights didn't work. Because we were driving through the bands of a hurricane, we had to pull over for 2 hours. I then had to drive the rest of the way home behind the truck and trailer so that no one would run into the back of him being it was almost impossible to see the trailer with no lights. I have called the Augusta store 10 times with no return call. According to customer service, they stated they called and left me a message yesterday 10/11, however, that is untrue. No message was left.

The agent I had was awesome! She was so funny and nice and relatable. I left feeling like i made a new friend like she was really my homie! And she was in pain from an injury to her leg and didn't even let that slow her down! Bar none great customer service!

I ordered a dolly and a package of blankets and they were not in the truck after I left the uHaul location. I was able to return and pick up the extra items. The manager gave me an extra set of blankets for the inconvenience, which I thought was really nice!

Requirements for in town rentals were not given prior to pick up. Several people did not have the requirements readily available causing significant delays. This easily could have been avoided by emailing requirements along with the Uhaul order. Additionally the site did not have the large dolly I had requested. The sales clerk apologized and offered a small dolly free of charge. This would have been perfectly acceptable except I was charged for its use upon return.

The store manager, Mr. Boseman, was absolutely excellent! He took great care of me and showed a sincere concern to help me. I had a reservation at another location (Belair Frontage Rd) and when I arrived the store wasn't open on time and I waited 30 minutes and no one came by 9:30. So I went to this location on Gordon Hwy and Mr. Boseman went above and beyond to get everything taken care of promptly and made sure I wouldn't be charged from the other location. I'd recommend this location and Mr. Boseman to anyone!

Everything was good with this location but something that could be better handled is the explanation of charges to the customer. When reserving a vehicle online or over the phone with support personnel, the charge provided over the phone even when mileage is calculated does not represent the actual cost when the customer is on site picking up their rental.

The online reservation process does not work. My problem was not with the location it was with the process. I had to run from place to place to get my truck. The first location that was reserved for me was given to do someone else that reserved the š same truck. Then the second place the tuck was reserved but the quick express check in and out did not work so I still had to go in and wait in line. So your process does not work. Is not the location or the people

REFILL ALL GAS TANKS BEFORE SENDING OUT. IF LESS THAN A HALF MY TRUCK WAS LESS THAN A 1/4 OF A TANK HOPING TO MAKE TO A GAS TANK TO GAS UP BEFORE USE.

I must say this was my first and last time at this location. From the time I entered the location I was given attitude. Not only was I given attitude, my mileage was documented wrong (I believe out of spite) which caused my card being charged 3 times the rate I was supposed to be charged. The only great thing about this location is their Direct Manger. He was so helpful to me in his plans to solve my problem hopefully by tomorrow. However the staff needs better training on a few things.
