Wish there were more staff or an in-door drop box. I had to wait 30 minutes to turn my keys in, during regular business hours, because the one staff person you had was assisting another customer.

Don’t send a text message a hour for due time on how to return the equipment. This needs to be discussed at the time of pickup so that it could be done in real time. I had to alter my schedule and go back to the store to complete my return which is b/s.

I reserved a 26' truck and an open utility trailer with 48 moving pads, 1 furniture dolly and 1 appliance dolly. I only left with the 26' truck and the moving pads. They did not have my trailer or either dolly. They actually didn't have all the pads at first, they had to go through the backs of other trucks returned the day before to find some more. When I asked about the trailer and the dollies no one could give me a definitive answer. Their only solution was to remove it from my reservation. Not having the trailer greatly inconvenienced my moving plans. This was only the first load to move to Florida, we will not be moving the final load until after we sell our home. I still have not decided who we will utilize, we will cross that bridge when we come to it. I do know that if I utilize Uhaul again I will never use this facility.

We had the truck reserved which wasn't cleaned out when we got there. We also had reserved furniture pads and they had none to give us. The nice thing was that they did go get some for us and included a furniture dolly for free.

I used the Uhaul for less than 12 hours and made a one way intown trip and was charged $81.00 and returned the fuel full which cost me another $20.00. The employers were rude and not helpful at all!

I received excellent customer service from the employees,on Saturday ( pick up) and on Sunday ( return) . I have used U-Haul for more than 30 years. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thank you for your years of service. P.S. My reservation was a last minute decision. It wasn't a problem. I received the size I requested and pick up was less than 30 minutes. Still wasn't a problem!!!!

The Young Lady was very helpful. Thanks! Seat cover would not stay on the seat. I Had to stop to close hood that was lefted open by someone else. Please check things like this, because someone can really get hurt. It was less than a half mile after leaving?????

I dont have any negative comments for the Augusta location but the drop off location in Charlotte was unprofessional. The young lady cursed in my presence and kept walking off as I spoke to her. My wife turned in the trailer we rented. The employees did not know how to disconnect the trailer from my truck. My son had to disconnect the trailer. Seems to me, u-haul employees should know how their equipment works. Overall though, the rental served its purpose for me well enough. Thank you!
