On top of the issue picking up my truck as previously explained, I was initially instructed to drop the truck off at Noffke’s towing in Pacific. After I arrive on time with the truck, they tell me they do not accept U-Haul trucks over 18 feet long. THEN WHY WAS I TOLD TO DROP IT OFF THERE?! No explanation, just told to drive across Auburn to the U-Haul place on Auburn Way, where they could not comp me the miles I had to drive due to their error, only the gas was comped. Completely unacceptable but I was so ready to be done with U-Haul at that point, I paid the mileage fee and left. How can renting a moving truck be some complicated to get right?

I was overcharged and when I told them what the problem was, they made no attempt to fix it. As a matter of fact, their exact words were, "well it was only $23 too much" ...Wow! If it weren't true, I'd think someone was joking is the told me that. But it was no joke.

I had dropped the Uhaul off at the auburn location and after paying almost $500 in my first reservation they charged me another $82?? Uhaul is over priced and treats the customers unfairly, I won’t rent with this company anymore

Have Uhaul say when you sign up for a certain location you might now get that location. I requested Puyallup and got auburn. In the end it worked out although it probably cost me more in mileage.

Website said there was a 5x10 trailer available, but received a call shortly after placing the reservation that there weren't any available in the area, only 6x12. Had to pay for a 6x12 even though I reserved a 5x10.

If you cannot do business without demanding phone contact for customer's acquaintance, you MUST highlight this in the reservation process. Learning this at the counter may demolish the customer's carefully made plans and, equally importantly, is boorish, intrusive, and grotesque. It also stinks as a matter of customer relations.

Stop lying about having the equipment at a particular location for pick-up, then I showed up to get it and be told "sorry you will have to go to another store for that we don't have that here". Then be told the smart ass employee to "have a nice day" as I am walking out.
