When I got there I was charged $15 but when I got inside see reverse before the $15 for bringing the vehicle all the way down past 30 miles I feel that she did a really good job but I'm really upset I got to file for used U-Haul again

When on the phone with a customer who's interested in a trailer like I was, it would have been nice to know that I needed a certain trailer lights plug that matched with your trailers instead of having to buy one from the uhaul store. I already owned one but it was at my house and I would have brought it with me had I known I needed it.

The only thing i didn’t care for was having to call someone to verify who I was ? I had valid ID matter of fact had a couple pcs of id. And the sales clerk wouldn’t answer me why U-Haul required that.

This location is excellent. Your website however is NOT BEING MAINTAINED! Examples: It shows this location opens at 9:00am, it opens at 7:00am. I made my pickup app't for 9:00am, it showed in your system as 11:00am. (I think perhaps your system is changing all times entered to Central time). I took all the pre-check-in steps. When I arrived I was informed that I had to provide a number they could call where someone would answer and vouch for me. They told me it was a new policy and wasn't on the website yet. IT SHOULDN'T BE A POLICY UNTIL IT'S ON YOUR WEBSITE! It frustrates the hell out of me and your other customers when technology is sloppily applied. Please step up your game!

My rental was over 30 minutes late ,the young lady seemed lost on how to get me a truck I was even willing to downsize so I could meet my movers I ended up being an hour late and still had to pay movers I was never offering any compensation but did get some dry apology

Our original help at the counter when we arrived was poor. He wasn't friendly and gave the feeling he didn't want to be working there. HIs instructions were too fast and hard to follow. Maybe just an off day for him, but not a positive experience for us as customers. Another man helped finish up with us & get us on our way; he was great!!

Refused to allow me into my storage unit, because my husbands name was on the account. Yet the bill had my name also. They let me pay for the unit - but then held me up for 2 1/2 hours refusing to allow me into my unit. Horrible customer service.

We had prior bad experiences with renting there in the past. The manager or owner is unnecessarily rude. This place is closer for us and okay for a return, but we have decided to take our pick occasional rental to the Federal Way location which is friendlier, and faster.

Store Associates have racial biases and I experienced significant racism. The associate was EXTREMELY rude and asked for additional information that was not in line with the U-Haul contract. The truck was very dirty and smelled horrible as well. My truck was switched at the last minute. Very rude store. I will NEVER return. I did not like the way that I was treated. This store lacks customer service.

Equipment was well maintained, lights and trailer brakes worked immediately upon hookup. The auto transport trailer was sufficiently clean for the intended purpose.

The service is always great! However I feel that they should do a deatail check on other equipment inside truck that needs to be sealed like dollie and blankets. The seal was broken on the blanket bag and I was not aware of it although I wasn't charged for it.....it could easily be over looked by customers and they end up being wrongfully charged. Thank you uhaul for excellent service!

Have a separate line for customers with a reservation. I was stuck for almost an hour behind people trying to rent equipment that day without a reservation.
