Make sure your customers reservations are met. I reserve a 15ft truck for 9:00 am and when I got there they didn't have one for me so I had to get a smaller truck without the ramp which I needed for a washing machine and dryer

Service the equipment,had to get 3 quarts of oil added and a gallon of antifreeze before I could even leave the uhaul yard. Look the equipment over,my furniture got wet inside the truck. People pay hard earned money to rent equipment from uhaul.

I had a Furniture dolly scheduled and included on my documents. They gave me the truck without it or the appliance dolly 11 extra miles away. I had to go back for it, charged extra miles and told Furniture dolly not available.

My experience at the Fulton Industrial location today was pleasant and speedy as usual. The team including the General Manager that checked me in, was friendly and professional, and my truck was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Once I pulled up to return my equipment, I waited less than five minutes to be checked out. I would highly recommend this location.

This is not the location I requested when I made the reservation over a month ahead of time. I was notified two days before our move that the location I requested did not have the vehicle I had reserved. The truck itself was not maintained properly and had an alignment issue, which forced us to drive extremely slow and carefully to avoid tipping the whole thing over or going off the road. It turned our 5.5 hour drive into an 8 hour headache. Will never use this company again. They also over reported the amount of gas that was in the tank when we picked it up, and tried to force us to pay extra for it. Luckily we took a picture of the tank when we picked it up.

Upon pickup, 1. Very friendly people and they pulled truck out 2. Truck - 1/4 tank of gas, engine light on, low tire pressure light on, heavy cigarette smell. That’s ridiculous.

What about your veterans assholes. Take care of your lower staff members, the ones who beat the pavement for you out of touch corporate assholes. Give them the tools to make people think they are getting something which in turn would make you more money. Not these are the rates !!! Take it and leave. All your staff are overwhelmed, overworked and under paid.

Update your website as far as locations that have trucks. My first location on my reservation stated they had my size truck. But I get a call starting that didnt have the truck I need and was told to pick up another location only to get all the way there and they dont even do uhaul anymore!!!! Ended up having to travel across town to pick a truck. ???????? Put ppl that know their job on the customer service lines.

The employee Timothy was not very friendly in the beginning. I don't know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed but he was pretty rude and snappy. He took a picture of my drivers license with his phone and I questioned why was he taking the picture. He pointed at the wall where there were a sign stating my ID will be down loaded into the computer. then he turned the computer around so I can see it with out explanation. He seemed very agitated. I told Tim that he was not personable at all considering he was in the customer service field. He did not smile, did not greet us walking in, nothing.. just not friendly. When we returned, his attitude was different being that his co-worker was there. His co-worker greeted us as we walked in and I witnessed him being very professional to a customer at the counter. The co-worker was also explained to the customer about the ID policy by letting them know ahead of time that he will be taking a picture of their ID. He also gave them an option to do it themselves. Tim at this time was better than he was that morning. He actually said have a good day. WOW! My advice to him is to please be professional and display great customer service when he's working by himself and with a co-worker. He should be professional at all times. Thanks!
