Excellent customer service from Everyone! Even the newby who help assisted me. His manager was very patient and making sure he was knowledgeable of the system, and also took care of me in a timely manner.

What about your veterans assholes. Take care of your lower staff members, the ones who beat the pavement for you out of touch corporate assholes. Give them the tools to make people think they are getting something which in turn would make you more money. Not these are the rates !!! Take it and leave. All your staff are overwhelmed, overworked and under paid.

Update your website as far as locations that have trucks. My first location on my reservation stated they had my size truck. But I get a call starting that didnt have the truck I need and was told to pick up another location only to get all the way there and they dont even do uhaul anymore!!!! Ended up having to travel across town to pick a truck. ???????? Put ppl that know their job on the customer service lines.

The employee Timothy was not very friendly in the beginning. I don't know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed but he was pretty rude and snappy. He took a picture of my drivers license with his phone and I questioned why was he taking the picture. He pointed at the wall where there were a sign stating my ID will be down loaded into the computer. then he turned the computer around so I can see it with out explanation. He seemed very agitated. I told Tim that he was not personable at all considering he was in the customer service field. He did not smile, did not greet us walking in, nothing.. just not friendly. When we returned, his attitude was different being that his co-worker was there. His co-worker greeted us as we walked in and I witnessed him being very professional to a customer at the counter. The co-worker was also explained to the customer about the ID policy by letting them know ahead of time that he will be taking a picture of their ID. He also gave them an option to do it themselves. Tim at this time was better than he was that morning. He actually said have a good day. WOW! My advice to him is to please be professional and display great customer service when he's working by himself and with a co-worker. He should be professional at all times. Thanks!

He knew i didnt use the dolly. The seal wasnt broken but yet i got charged for it. I called customer service still no return call back. I even filled gas tank above what i was supposed to.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other and helping me out! The only downside is the mirrors on the van. I couldn't find a control inside the van to adjust them, so I adjusted them manually. But the upper mirror didn't stay in place. Luckily the lower mirrors did.

Uhaul changed my pickup location three times. When I went to the final location on the day of my move, I was made aware that no truck had been prepared for my reservation time and that i would have to wait until and hour later just to speak to someone. I was unable to get a truck until almost two hours after my initial reservation time and still haven't recieved any type of discount for an inconvience created by uhaul.

The service is good but the billingis what i have problem with. I ordered a 17ft truck@$29.99 online @welcome all rd location but no truck was available so customer service gave me a 20ft @ $29.99 which was great. I needed an additional day. They said i would have to pay the rate of my contract and mileage usage. They came up with $73 which was debited from my account. I originally said i would probably use 100 miles and my total came up to $155.00 which was debited from account but i only used 88miles and additional day which my total shouldve been around $160. Why did i get charge $155+73= $228? Im confused. I want the difference. The manager at that location showed me my total which was $159 and change.Help please. Thanks

I was notified that my reservation would be ready for pickup at the South Cobb Drive store by 12:30. I arrived at approximately 12:40 pm. 1 waited for approximately 45 minutes. When I spoke to the service representative she said she was out of trucks. On my way home I noticed an email that I had a truck reserved at Fulton Industrial for 12:30 pm. I called and was today she would check for anything available because my reservation was cancelled. They said I could get a 20 ft. Trujillo only. I wanted a 15 ft. Or pickup. I took the 20 ft.

If the equipment ordered and promised is not available at time of pick up there should be better options for the customer. NOT, we don't have it available yet. When you have a reservation the customer expects to have the goods or services available at that time. Just don't take reservations if you can't deliver as promised. I will not be using U-Haul again. Company policy are not customer friendly.
