The truck was not in the same position as shown in the mobile check-in, which was a bit confusing. Otherwise, we had a great experience. It was very easy to pick-up and return.

The only negative I perceived was that the vehicle is feeling warn and tired. It has 65k and feels like it's been driven hard. It was clean, so no issue there. More about when to retire trucks from service. Everything worked, so this is not a complaint, just an observation.

Answer the phone. I called 3 times a day for a week, left a message everyday, and never got a phone call. I showed up and luckily everything was in place, but it was not clear. Thanks.

Lied about having no blankets. I ordered protective blankets and the representative said they had none. They did not charge me for them, which is good. But I was having trouble starting the box truck with a finicky key so I went back inside for assistance. The same representative was telling someone else that they had not removed the extra blankets they had from the box truck the other person was renting, but since they were already in there the rep would throw them in pro bono. Luck of the draw with these folks I suppose. Also, a pretty high $ per mile charge in my opinion.

When we return the equipment, no one was helping us with returning process. We did not use up all the miles we previously stated but since no one was there for the returning process, I didn't pay more than I need to and no one was helping me with this.

It would be great if possible to just briefly mention the online check out process if the equipment is being returned outside normal working hours

I returned the truck after hours and snapshot the miles, date and time. I was unaware turn in needed to be prior to initial check out time so a 1 day extra charge is on me however, the truck was not processed until after 3pm the next day, so an additional day was charged bringing the total to 2 additional days. Had I not checked it probably would not have been caught. The local uhaul is trying to correct the problem, no luck so far. If uhaul extensions adhere to strict check out / turn in times they need to process after hour turn ins first thing in the morning not whenever they get to it the following day. My friend told me to use BUDGET since they have a 20 % military discount that applies to retirees but I use an inhaler and the smell of smoke in their office was aggravating. Next time I'll deal with the short term aggravation.

There was a funky odor in the van, and a lot of dog hair on the passenger side; it didn't seem that this van was cleaned after the last client.

I liked the customer service very much at that particular location. The car leaked from air conditioning on passenger side, do that was an inconvenience. I also returned the truck a day earlier and don’t think I should be charged for insurance for the days the car was not on the road. If you would please consider refund for that day.

This was the worst experience that I have had with UHaul. Placed my order online, then the order was changed to a different location, then to add to the location switch, the size of truck that I was guaranteed was not available. The supplies that I ordered were not on the truck at pick up nor where the materials at the location. Extremely displeased with UHaul.

Location changed for my pickup on 6/28 without me notified.Owner of original location said to go to 2nd location because his trucks were stolen.Arrived at 2nd location at 7:20 AM but it did not open until 8:30 AM.Owner was 10 min late.All this delayed my moving by 2.5 hrs and I was extremely unhappy with U Haul.

My rental was great once I finally received it. Unfortunately I had tried to reserve my truck for early in the morning using the self-pickup. It was not ready at the time reserved because u-haul had not informed the franchisee of my reservation and I had to wait until the business opened for the day, thus defeating the purpose of self-pickup. This needs to be fixed and I was informed this issue happens frequently.

While I cannot speak to this location's improvement, I found your overall customer service very very poor over the phone. I would not recommend uhaul as a result and I should be offered a discount due to the hours I spent on the phone with them.
