Was very disappointed with U-Haul's pricing. It said 19.99 a day, then when you rent the truck, you have environmental charges, insurance, and the .89 cents a mile that they never mentioned. So, for ONE DAY, I was TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS, and another 40.00 in gas to bring it back full!!!! I will use budget next time. a total rip-off.

The truck was filthy dirty and I could hardly see out of the windows. The truck made a barking sound when accelerating from a stop and it was the roughest riding uhaul I have ever rented.
