Service was completely slow, It took a total of an hour to simply rent a trailer. The clerk at this location was easily distracted by other issues with their store during my transaction, she had to cancel my transaction once and restart because of mistakes she made. She also spoke as if I was a toddler and that I did not understand her. The trailer itself was great and did the job, but getting the trailer was a headache.

I rented the dollie and furniture rollers, they did not put them in the truck,I had to come back to get them. And I had reserved, i thought a smaller truck,which they said they didn't have there, my niece was their when I reserved it. Also the woman getting things ready did not focus on her job,she asked me for a3rd phone number and would not listen to get my response, she started talking to some man standing beside her. Took way too long in processing, the whole transaction. We were not happy with this experience

The woman who completed my reservation, Carla Hirst, was very rude and not helpful at all. I was overwhelmed and told her I needed to calm down before I had a panic attack, and she acted like it was nothing and just continued to talk very fast so I didn't understand what she was telling me. I also needed to use a different credit card, and she told me that I could use a friend's credit card to hold the reservation and that the card wouldn't be charged. She told me I could use a different card for the actual payment once I dropped the Uhaul off at the drop-off location. I got to the drop-off location and was told that she lied to me and gave me completely wrong information, and my friend's credit card was charged and I couldn't use a different card. That caused my friend some panic and I had to figure out how to wire her the money. I was given false information and was just treated poorly overall by this woman.

Location did not open till noon. Clerk was there early and was very rude. Would not talk to us but complained that we found an open location on there lot and parked the trailer in advance of her arrival. We than went on line to check in. Did not want to deal with her after she opened.

We were originally sent to the wrong place which had stopped accepting Uhaul's a few weeks prior. UPDATE your system. I realize I had made the reservation weeks prior to the move but your system should flag when this happens. Wasted time trying to drop off to a location that we couldn't.

You really need to help the people who work here with their computer system. It took us 1.5 hours to pick up a auto-trailer because they were unable to access certain things on their computer.

Where the location was took us over our mileage by 4 miles. We actually left the truck with 1/4 tank more gas than when we started...but the agent still charged me for the 4 miles. If the rental agent was in a more central location-would be better. It is an antique store.....workers were slow and dishelved

The personnel there were nice, but were having lots of problems being able to print out UHaul contracts. It was a busy time. We waited about 45".

It was a drop off and we had immediate help. They were friendly and the location was within an antique store which was also quite a treat. Friendly and quick service.

The girl was slow to help me and slow to take the trailer off my car. As she was lifting the part of the trailer that attaches to the hitch she completely scratched the back of my car!!!! She would have continued to scratch it further if I had not yelled for her to stop and just allow me to move my car forward! She was completely insensitive about it as well. Horrible service!!

We rented a car hauler dolly and was not informed that you could not pull a 4 wheel drive with it. We got home and the car would not go in reverse. You should educate your employees on your rentals. It is costing us thousands of dollars for this when we could of just gone to another u haul center and rented the correct trailer.

Location and pick up time at their time, not the customer. Equipment had a bad latch on trailer and checkout did not give us the right amount of pads. Had to go back.

Store was supposed to open at noon with a noon pickup. Staff didn’t even arrive to open until 12:15. Once we were helped at 12:30 however, the staff got through everything fairly quickly

This doesn't seem like a Uhaul place at all. It is a pretty cool looking antique store. Wish they had a better parking lot because unhooking a car in a gravel lot sucks.

As soon as I told him that I was there to return a trailer, he was able to find my name quickly. It didn't take more than 10 minutes and the salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly.

While I had no issues with the rental process in store, the reservation process is severely flawed. You will not receive the truck you request nor at the location requested. If a truck is not available, one should not be able to reserve it. The whole point of the reservation is to reserve a truck for you at the location it is reserved. Anyone can take a reservation for anything at all, the important part is providing what was reserved, and Uhaul failed miserably at this aspect of the reservation process.

This is not a review of the Uhaul site we rented from- the site was fine. The problem I had was with customer service. They sent a bill for a toll that they failed to explain, when all tolls on our trip had been payed. They gave one week from the time of email until they started tagging on extra fees and upping the bill, obviously leaving very little time to resolve or dispute the issue, especially if customer service/ the company decided to drag their feet. Which is naturally exactly what happened. I called customer service the day I was emailed, (waited on hold for a half hour for the rep to drop my call and not call back, then called and waited on hold again) they said they'd respond within 3 days with a resolution. Day 5, still no word, still no resolution, which forced me to pay a toll that I'd already payed, without any explanation, in order to avoid increased fee penalties, because I did not have another 3 days to wait again for a new 'resolution' attempt. Uhaul has a cornered market and they take full advantage of it. Everyone I dealt with in person during the rental process was wonderful, but the customer support absolutely sucks. This should have been investigated as someone obviously pocketed our toll cash. Lesson learned though, ALWAYS GET RECEIPTS FOR TOLLS! It may not have mattered either way however, as they obviously use the short payment window and long ass 'dispute' process as an excuse to add fees. Ridiculous.
