Got charged for a dolly that I requested but when I got to the moving locations no dolly. Ask for a refund and was told no. Truck was dirty when I picked it up.

Brandon B.THIS STORE WAS DIRTY AND SKETCH. IT HAD BULLET PROOF GLASS IN FRONT OF THE TELLER AND I SHE WAS VERY RUDE. THERE WAS PORNO MATERIAL NEXT TO THE CHECK OUT. THE TRAILER DIDNT HAVE THE PROPER WIRING SO I HAD TO WALK AROUND AND FIND A TRAILER WITH THE PROPER EXTENSION. THE LADY CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT THE TRAILER BEFORE IT WAS EVEN LOCKED ON THE BALL AND WAS LIKE "ITS GOOD TO GO". THIS PLACE WAS A TOTAL DISCRASE TO U-HAUL.
