It was a busy gas station but the agent still made sure to help me. No long wait and was very friendly. First time using this location and was a better experience than I have ever had with the actual Uhaul store. I will be using them anytime I need Uhaul services and recommending them.

Constantly had us running around all day due to not being able to issue our storage unit we had reserved with a one-way rental despite them confirming availability earlier that morning. Sent us to a 3rd party U Haul location and of course, only U Haul locations are eligible. Called customer support many times and still nothing. However, the final CS rep actually helped us out by extending the rental and waiving the late fees due to the trouble.

It was an excellent experience. They were a lifesaver. I called last minute to move my daughter into UGA. Quick, efficient, and so accommodating. The price came in lower than they quoted. Pickup and drop off was seamless. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again.

I was very confused by all the fees tacked on and thought that I was being charged multiple times. The guys were mumbling and not answering my questions and just kept asking for my card. I have checked my account and now understand how everything was being charged and it was charged at the end when I dropped the truck off but it was not explained and not professional.

I wasn’t crazy about dropping it off at a gas station. It is an extremely tight location and I actually had to park at the pumps. Employees have a heavy accent and difficult to understand at times. The only advantage is location for keeping mileage down.

I had ordered moving supplies online but did not have the receipt when I picked up the truck. They said they did not see the supplies on my order and I had to re-purchase them. I called U-Haul and they told me that On the Way would have to refund the online order. When I returned the truck, I had the receipt and they refused to refund me. I have now taken the issue back to U-Haul. Also, when I picked up the truck, it had gritty mud in both floorboards along with peanut shells. The right side mirror was broken and swung around each time I made a turn rendering it useless so that I could not change lanes safely. When I returned the truck to On the Way, the man made me sweep out the truck. I did not mind sweeping the back where we had put our items, but he made me sweep the nasty floorboards - even the passenger side which I had not used but had the gritty mud from the previous renter. Essentially, I cleaned the truck for them. Lesson learned! Next time I will use an official pick up facility instead of a convenience store. I will never go to On the Way again.

The store employee attempted to upcharge me $45 on my total bill with no explanation as to why that was done. My insurance package was increased before checkout and my mileage did not match the actual mileage driven. When the store owner went to take a look at why the bill was off, the employee said “it deleted itself” and when I asked for a proper rate, the store owner argued with me for 30 minutes about why he can’t change the amount. Finally they ended up charging me the previously agreed rate. Also to note, I only went 4 miles over my predicted mileage, and there was no damage to the vehicle, which was returned within 24 hours of rental time.

The gas gauge needs to be checked in the 10' rental truck. We drove the truck for a total of 10 miles and had to put over 4 gallons of gas in it to get the gas gauge back to the original position. So that means we got 2 miles per gallon - something's not right there.

App completely did not work. Thankfully the store was open and I was able to pick up my keys. Took the desk a few minutes longer than expected to work the system, but keep in mind these are not uhaul employees. Location is not in a great part of town.

The people that rented us the U-Haul were awesome. They worked with us with dates they returned our calls. They were very nice and accommodating. I will recommend them to anyone who is renting.

This was a very small outfit and it seemed to be in an iffy neighborhood although the hospital was only a block away. The proprietor was very attentive even though he was running a convenience store at the same time we did not have to wait.

It wasn’t clear where the drop-off location was. Once we found it, we asked where to park because the lot was so small. We ended up having to park it down the street and then wait in the gas station for the guy to go down there and come back. Just could’ve been a little smoother.

When I went to reserve a truck at this location I was told the charge would be $19.95 plus mileage. Insurance was not mentioned at all. When I returned the vehicle I was presented with an invoice for an amount including the $28.00 insurance fee. When I said I wasn't given the option of declining the response was "sorry, can't do anything now". In addition when I went to pick up the truck the gentleman on the locations computer seemed poorly trained, unsure of what he was doing and took an inordinate amount of time to process me.

Customer Service was poor. The attendants were belligerent and argumentative. The equipment was not checked, and my receipt was lost. I will not be returning to this location, nor will I be renting from U-Haul again.
