The MovingHelpers.com which I hired thru your site never called me back, texted, or emailed after all of my attempts, starting 3 day out. If they didn't want the job they just should have said so, that way I could have coordinated with another company. I was stuck unloading a truck with two 60 year women and myself. One flight of stairs with a sofabed was impossible. Thanks! Since Uhaul was the go between, I rate the entire Uhaul experience a 5. The truck and locations were great but you failed with your additional services you provide!!!!!Filippo S.

I would not recommend anyone using this location they were no help refused to answer my questions and I was severely overcharged and I'm very upset With your companyRANDALL M.
I was switched to this location after a call from a U-Haul rep. This location did not have blankets as I ordered. The blankets were removed from my order but it would have been nice to have them. Instead I had to add miles to go pick some up at another location.WILLIAM S.

I wasted about 20 minutes at this location because the owner did not take the time to listen to my name or verify my name or reservation number. He kept saying he did not have my order. Tried calling customer service abs could not get anyone at that time. I had to keep talking to him and showing my phone for him to take extra time to verify my name and pick up time. Store was dirty and unorganized with only one person working. He was the gas station cashier who had to repeatedly stop checking me in to attend to customers. A 5 minute process took over 30 minutes. The truck was dirty with candy and dirt all over the floors and drinks spilled all in the cup holders.Kayla B.
I don't understand why I got charged a $25 cleaning fee. The truck was clean, I just marked that because of COVID-19. You have to clean it to be safe.Kimberly M.
When the truck was dropped off we turned in keys and were told that was all we needed to do. However, the truck was, in fact, not checked in. I had to make another trip to the drop off location. When I asked the U Haul employee he told me the truck was checked in. When I continued to question, he admitted the truck wasn't checked in. He kept insisting that it was. Finally, I required a paper receipt. That's when he finally got on the computer and checked in the truck. This all required an extra trip and approx. 30 minutes of my time. I am not pleased with this level of â€œserviceâ€.David T.

With COVID-19, sanitizing is extremely important. I wiped down the stirring wheel and seats, etc. with sanitizer and bleach and it was still extremely dirty even after 3 wipes.JIANITA P.
