Close this location down. They should not be operating under the Uhaul name. I have rented many Uhauls before and never had a bad experience like this. I have always been asked before if I would like to purchase the extra insurance for the Uhaul. This location failed to ask me, instead they automatically added it to my bill. When I called for a refund, they were rude and unhelpful. This location gives the Uhaul company a TERRIBLE name. It is dirty and unprofessional.

The truck is aupppaes to be sweaped our after every use. When we picked it up it had macaroni noodles all over the floor. We almost ran out of gas because the gas gauge was broke, there was a huge crack in the windshield. Also, we didn’t even pick up the truck at the designation location. I have used uhaul before and never have I ever been so disappointed in my life this time. The truck was $900.00 and it was a mess from pick up to drop off.

I rented uhaul on 9/29/18 at 13:53 and returned it at 12:36 on 9/30/18. I didnt even have it 24 hours and I was charged for 2 day rental period. I use uhaul often, I will not recommend anyone rent from uhaul. The owner said it's not him uhaul charges this way. I called uhaul customer service and was placed on hold for 30 min. I have never had this happen before I will take my business elsewhere.

Requested equipment was not with the truck. When we figured it out, they were closed and couldn't get what we needed. Also had to go elsewhere for boxes and bags that would have been at the location we wanted to go to.

They did not have the dolly that I ordered, only a furniture mover, which was no help. The Truck's windows were actually muddy when I ran the wipers across them. The truck on the outside was filthy and I barely wanted to touch it to adjust the mirrors. I did not understand why it took so long to get my truck when I checked in online to avoid the process. I was the only customer there and it took at least 20 minutes for the girl to process everything. She never looked over the truck with me or anything, just handed me the key and pointed at the truck. To say the least, I was disappointed in the service at this location.

Credit card was charged $91 for a total bill that was $54. Got charged 10 more dollars for equipment we didn't even rent. Credit card was charged before we even returned vehicle

I felt Nabali Auto Sales was dishonest, and I will be leaving a similar review on Google. I was originally quoted $19.99 for the rental, plus about $20 for mileage. When I arrived, Nabali informed me that extra insurance was "required". I asked three times, as there was a language barrier, but each time the gentleman assured me insurance was "required". Next, the gentleman informed me it would be cheaper for me to take a one way trip and drop the Uhaul off in Geneva. I explained that I had done the calculation and that his preferred method was not cheaper. He went through a cost breakdown. I assured the gentleman that I understood what he was saying, but thought the single way trip would be cheaper (it would have been--I took a picture of my mileage upon arriving at my house). Again, while the language barrier may have contributed to the issue, it is not appropriate for a vendor to change a requested service based on cost considerations unless the vendor is indeed correct. All said and done, a $40-$50 rental turned into a $105.68 rental. This is not an honest way to do business.

This location is very hard to get in as there is not room to vaneur a truck.

Pull the franchise from this location. Didnt even know i was coming with a reservation. The truck was blocked with used cars in a lot that hadnt been snow plowed in weeks. The computer wouldnt work to check reservation. Did not, and would not do a walk around. The gas gauge read just over quarter tank, was supposed to be half full. The front suspension was making a loud banging noise that to them was normal. WE cleaned the snow off the vehicle. It took close to an hour and a half, yes 1.5 hours just to pick up the truck from arival to driving it off the lot. This place sells used cell phones, and used cars, so the service or lack of ,was probably par for this place. I hardly doubt that im the only person to complain about them. When i return this summer to move the rest of my belongings, ill NOT deal with them again.

Rental reservation was called in at 1:15 PM and I advised them I was unable to get there until 2:15 PM since I had to drive 20 plus miles. However, my contract read that I needed to return by 1:15 PM the next day. I had to rush to meet the 23 hour deadline and almost had to pay for an extra day.
