I did not do the online reservation and wish I had. The guy who helped us took a very long time completing the sign up paperwork. There were no other customers.

They did not have the truck I booked a week in advance. All my furniture would not fit into the smaller truck I received which cost me money and time.

Location was in a furniture store that had moved and was not told about the move. When I googled the location it didn't give the new address and only had the old phone number. We had to stop and ask where the place was. When we went in the people was friendly but was not in a hurry at all to help us. It took us almost 30 minutes to pick up a trailer. Not the best experience.

my only concern is that I feel uhaul should change their policy to where if a person has to drive 20 miles to pick up their rental and 20 miles to return their rental, I think that uhaul should allow at least 40 free miles before charging the mileage, I had to pay for 36 miles worth of mileage at 79 cents a mile just going to pick up my truck and return it back, then I had my added miles from where I had to do my moving to and it was local I also only had the truck for like 3 and a half hours instead of the whole 24 hours period. I feel uhaul should do a special rate for specific situations like that. Also the last time prior to this one when I rented there was an extra charge of 18 charged from uhaul on my credit card that should have been a credit instead of a charge,, but that never happened,, I will use again if I need to but I still feel this is the second time that I really got took advantage of. The truck I wanted they told me when I called they had it . I wanted a 19.99 rental, I called the nite before was told to pick it up the next morning they had it no problem, when I got there I had to use the 29.98 larger truck cause they did not have anything but the van for 19.99 I only had the truck for a short time, I had no choice but to take the more expensive truck as I only had one day off work and had to get the items moved today, so yea I was disappointed and felt like the charge of 90 plus a little change was really to much pay for only 3 and half hours of use, and the mileage, most of I was charged for was picking the truck up and returning the truck,,

What a bunch of B.S., I paid for extra insurance and they denied my claim! U-Haul and your insurance company SUCK! F'ing dolly ripped the front bumper off my car, was suppose to be the right one for my vehicle! Never use their service again! Reporting to BBB!

The only thing I wasn;t sure of was the drop off. One person told me where to drop off in Farmington, Mo. and then the one in Ash Flat told me to call the 800 number, but overall everything went smooth. Could have used some little steps to get in to the truck. I am old and had a hard time.

Honestly... where do I even begin on my complaints? I guess first off... I selected NO insurance coverage on my trailer when I reserved online. My husband gets there, & they say that I selected insurance, so my husband believes them. So now we have to pay $8 more than we accounted for. Not a big deal. It's not enough to worry about. Also, to avoid having to pay out the $50 that are guaranteed to us if a trailer is not available, they rent us out a trailer that had a break light/turn signal not working. They even acknowledged to my husband & his friend that it was U-Haul's problem, not the trucks problem. So we had to worry about getting pulled over the whole time. I wasn't overly thrilled with our experience thus far, but I could manage. Until today. I get a call from a lady at RSS stating that she tried to make an UNAUTHORIZED payment to my card & it wouldn't go through. I ask her why they are charging more ($52 more when I had already been charged $52). I rented for 24 hours at a $29.95 rate & returned it before 12 hours was even up. I got a appliance Dolly for $10, plus the insurance they conned my husband into getting. That in no way shape or form amounted in $104. I kept telling her this & she literally argued with me, telling me it was what U-Haul was charging, she couldn't tell me why, & I needed to pay it. I refused & flat out told her I would not pay it & it just didn't make sense at all. She finally put me on hold & came back saying she resent it through & it wa's back down to $52. I'm not sure if they are scamming your customer's or what that was all about. But I will not recommend this place to anyone & will actually try to warn people against it. Had I had money on that card, or had it been a credit card, I would be out that money! Very dissatisfied with this experience!!!

They rented us a trailer that the springs were broke on so we where on the road side for over 3 hours and broke down for 24 hours. Had to get another trailer an some people moved the stuff to the other trailer an made the load look good in the back, they broke 3 things in the middle. Don't think we will ever use uhaul ever again very unhappy

Third rental, and each one has been a hassle of some kind. This last truck was muddy in and out when I got it and he tries to get me to take it to car wash to "avoid charging me". Nope! Because they were leaving early Sat I had to get in before I wanted it. Actually picked it up Sun afternoon and returned it within 48 hours but , nope!, no break charged all three days...

i will tell you why... i went to pick up my truck at 10 am. no one there till almost 11am. then the truck was never cleaned out from the people who used it before us, then steve said he was going to give us a discount. nope never happen in fact you took a 2nd transaction out. nope will not use again

when we got there to pick up truck at appointed time it was closed. could not reach by phone, no answer or answering machine. went to original pickup location for help and finally after about an hour got transaction done. his printer had no paper so I never got a receipt

Was a nightmare right out of HELL. Upon arriving at the location I had chosen the female (I refuse to call her a lady) called me a liar and said I was supposed to be at another location. She again called me a liar and said the location had been changed. I replied if it had been changed U=Haul would have called as per contractual agreement. Since I had recieved no call I was at the right place. There was 3 (three) tow dollies visible but she refused to complete the paper work and let me take one.I had to Wait an hour and go to another store.The female was so belligerent I had to walk out of the store before I said anything I might regret. This was not good enough for her. She followed me into the parking lot still shreaking and carrying on like an insane person. was thankfull to get away from her. I was not so lucky when I arived at the second store as soon as I walked in who was there to greet me? The same crazy person trying to pick up where she left off when I drove off at the other store. The young man that took care of me apologized profusely. Said her husband owns both locations and This is her normal demeanor. I would not care if U-Haul was giving away equipment I will never go there again. Have rented from U-Haul in Pasco WA. Great experience. Real professionals..
