Bit of a wait when we arrived at the location, but that's to be expected on a Saturday. Maybe one more staff person on duty for Saturday mornings would help. After that they were professional, courteous and efficient. We had completed some info a head of time online which sped things along. Truck was in good shape and returning it was easy.

This was not our original location for pick-up. Our first pick-up was scheduled at store #50685 in Lakewood. We noticed damage on the RV when we pulled up next to it to park and go sign it out. The lady in the store did not review the trailer when it was dropped off late by the previous customers and then insisted that we do the paperwork first and then she would look over the trailer with us. The trailer had a ripped tire on the passenger side and a dented wheel-well cover, and a pushed in tail-light on the driver side. We told her that we did not want it without insurance coverage in case the tire blew before we could get to another store to fix it. She then tried to add insurance to our contract but when she couldn't figure it out she started a new contract. Due to not reading pop-ups, she was unsuccessful in creating 3 more contracts because her "system wasn't working" according to her. While she was doing that I got in touch with Linda in roadside assistance and she was WONDERFUL in helping us. She was trying to find us assistance until she heard what was happening and then decided that we just needed a new trailer. She then contacted Gabriel in your Colorado dispatch who was able to find us a trailer in Arvada that had a cancellation. These two worked together and gave my husband and I WONDERFUL customer service and got us on the road for our move. I had also talked to Gabriel two times prior trying to get a trailer a day earlier and he was very courteous and helpful. The ladies at this Arvada location were also wonderful in understanding that we had spent a couple hours on this situation and that we needed to get on the road. They quickly got us with our paperwork in hand, hitched, checked, and on the road. The lady at 50685 was nice and never rude, but she needed further training on how to run her system and what she should do when problems with returned vehicles and RVs arise. I started trying to get the tire fixed by calling the store that I had originally set up the rental at since she didn't know what to do. That store was the one that got me in touch with roadside assistance.

Hey hats off to James Cashon who was really helpful and flexible with our needs yesterday. We needed a flat bed and I had booked it over the phone the day before at another location. I received an email with confirmation. Yesterday morning I called them as a curtesy to let them know we would be a little later than planned, it was good thing I phoned them as they told me at the time they did NOT have the flat bed and I would have to go to the Arvada location. I was not happy and when I went into the store I was ready to let rip! James defused the whole situation and got us on the road quickly. He gave us full instructions and said to us to not worry about getting it back on time, as long as we got there before 7am the following day all would be good. He did all the manual setting up for the truck, and at the end of the day, he was there to help dislodge the trailer from the truck. He was very polite and had a great customer service attitude. I'm a very unhappy customer and I will never rent from Uhaul again. I told the gal I would bring the truck back by 2:30. She put me down for 2:00. In return I was charged another rental fee. The gentleman who I checked in with when I returned it said he had tried to call me in which he did not. My caller ID always shows my recent calls and there was no call from Uhaul. I don't appreciate the stuff lying to their customers. This was a horrible experience and I do hope that you take care of this problem and train your staff as they should know what they are doing. I will let other know that they better make sure that the staff enters their information correctly if they choose to use your company. Extremely disappointed!

I was charged a total of 101.56 for the use of a truck for 24 hours. granted I was supposed to return the truck same day, i made several phone calls to notify them i was running late, i returned the truck with a full tank of gas and yet got chaeged an outrageous amount. I would have been better iff using my car
