My opinion is that one U-Haul service rep should not be working the front desk, i.e. interfacing with customers to get rental agreements done. He spends most of the time, with a customer, pounding the PC mouse on the desk and making derogatory comments regard the PC system. Same experience on two occasions and with customers in line ahead on me in addition to myself. I go to U-Haul to get equipment and/or services a effectively as possible and not for the theatrics and drama. Although I had a reservation confirmation number, he could not retrieve my information and had to re-enter all the information at least twice to get the documentation done. Not only does it waste customer's time in his line but also ties up other U-Haul reps spending time showing him how to 'correct' the transactions thus effecting customers waiting in other lines. Will try to avoid this location in the future.

This was an amazing stress free experience. I did not reserve a truck in advance as I was not exactly sure of the date I needed one so when I arrived at U-Haul to see about getting a truck for that same day, I was told it wouldn't be a problem. The personnel there were absolutely great-very friendly and helpful.. They were wonderful and the gal who assisted me, Truth, was the best. Thank you!!



Great personnel. However, costs too much per mile to use again. Will shop around next time 67 cents per mile is too much to pay.

The location is on a hill that can only be accessed by one side of the road because of a median in the middle of the road. Parking lot is small and has virtually no customer parking. Other than that the experience here was great.

The staff is friendly and helpful. My husband had been in a minor fender bender and he needed a tow asap to get the vehicle home. The staff helped me hitch the tow dolly to the car, made sure everything was in working order and I was off to the rescue. I was very thankful for their help and assistance.

The service was slow and rude. The service quote they provided me in the am was wildly inaccurate. The lot was poorly maintained and gave my personal vehicle a flat tire on the way out. My advice- rent a Uhaul in Longmont if you have to. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Not sure of the gentlemans name but he went above and beyond to help me. Google had taken me to a Uhaul on federal that no longer existed. By the time I arrived at another Uhaul, it was closed. I was going to turn around but a nice employee who was about to get on his motorcycle offered to help me park and un-hitch the trailer. Great experience!

The purpose of renting a appliance dolly is to be able to go up and down stairs the back roller belts were warn out and stretched out and would lean to the side and be no help plus the bottom plate was bent that dolly should be retired and not rented to anyone else.
