I didn't pick the location, I had selected a Uhaul location near my home, but was redirected to this liquor store. the guy working there was nice, however, he wanted to wait on his LQ store customers and asked the Uhaul customers to step aside while he rang up the LQ customers. This was at 9am and he was the only person working at the store. There was a dispute on the fuel with the Uhaul customer returning a truck just ahead of me. I was at that LQ store for a whole hour waiting for service. Then, he rang me up and when he went to load the 2 dollies I had reserved, he found that he didn't have a furniture dolly, so instead of changing the receipt with Uhaul, he initialed it and gave me back $20 in cash. When I dropped it off, Uhaul charged md $75 for the missing furniture dolly. Then, I was told to call Uhaul about this problem. they took my info and said they'll get back in touch with me by Friday. I've been a fan of Uhaul for years, I'm a realtor so I move often. Overall, this was a terrible service experience. What can you do to improve - that LQ store should have more than 1 employee. He had to leave the cash register unattended while he went to look for my furniture dollies. It's not fair to the guy behind the counter, the owner should not rent Uhaul trucks unless he is going to have more than one employee to serve the multiple kinds of customers they have.

Update your locations!! We went to three different places FROM YOUR WEBSITE that were completely non-existent. Finally called your customer service, gave us the addresses for the same places we had already NOT found. Finally ACCIDENTALLY found the Marshall Liquor location. They were great, helpful, and courteous. UPDATE YOUR LOCATIONS!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Was on the phone for 2 hours with 3 different people to make a date change. Showed up on time the day of at a Liquor Store??? Which the owner was not there to get me my trailer. Then was going to be charged $300 dollars more than what I agreed to. Which all added up to another hour and a half to get that fix. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never use you again. Ever.

Horrendous. Charged us an extra day for dropping the truck off exactly 4 days after we picked it up (we didn't pick it up until after our scheduled time in Missouri, which we cleared with the pick up location) which was two hours past the deadline and he charged 25 for "dust" in the truck and then tried to claim there were blankets missing. We have rented tons of Uhauls and we will NEVER EVER EVER rent again from Uhaul because of this location. We will be warning our family and friends never to use Uhaul either.

I did not get the truck that was reserved. Reserved a 15’ and took a 10’. U-Haul rep. Said sorry, they (15’ truck out) didn’t return it on time. Unfair to be charged an extra day for a one way rental returned in the same state. Never will use U-Haul again. Very unhappy.

Having a pickup location in a liquor store is less than ideal. Especially on a Friday evening. The operator was accommodating but the environment was unpleasant.

Stood outside for an hour because there was the door the UHaul sign was pointing to was locked. Then when we finally found who we were getting the keys from, he kept checking out customers while I was trying to complete the transaction. Definitely do not want to use uhaul again.

This place was horrible, I waited for an hour to rent a trailer and after I rented it I was still getting calls from them for more info. They took priority in their liquor store customers than anyone else. I would not recommend this place to anyone and in reality this place should not be a u-haul.

We booked online and had to wait a day for a truck in a different city. That was not the fault of this drop off location. After moving us to a pick up in Rawlins to Laramie, we were still charged extra for mileage. The online customer experience during this rental was less than adequate in every respect. The staff on hand did nothing to address the mileage concerns and acted like he didn't understand the issue.

Have someone there to write contract when they tell you to be there within a 15 minute window. Have the rubber holders on chains so I didn't have to us duct tape. Give instructions on how to load and use equipment.

I believe the people renting these particular U-Haul trucks are con artists they told me the safemove fee of $14 was mandatory I find out it's not they charge me $0.99 per mile when my quote was $0.69 per mile they said I didn't put enough fuel in it when I know I put more than enough fuel in it

Liquior store was busy. Had to wait 30 minutes after paperwork to hook up. Finally did it myself. I booked at uhaul on wadsworth in arvada and the pick up was moved and i was not notified.

This is the 2nd time uhaul switched up the location on me without giving any good indication that was happening. The other location was too far out of the way and luckily this place, that I originally chose in the first place, had a 20 foot truck. The truck didn't quite fit everything so I had to use my truck as well. You guys need to do something with your site so it clearly states a different place is being chosen for the needed equipment. This caused a lot of havoc for me.

No signs anywhere on which building to go into. Cashier at the liquor store had to communicate with Uhaul over the phone to know what to do. Told to leave trailer sitting in the middle of a public parking lot. Was told after I left that I was one blanket short. Uhaul corporate took care of that part for me (thank you). Not organized at all.
