The person working at the drop-off site- a convenience store- was not helpful. He didn't appear to know what I should do to drop-off the truck other than telling me to call U-Haul at a phone number he provided. I called the number and then was told I would be on hold for 10-15 minutes, but having no other option I waiting. The customer service person was cordial and helpful. I've near had such an unsatisfactory experience in returning a rental vehicle during many rentals in the last 20 years.
