I was charged an extra day and a cleaning fee despite returning the vehicle clean. I attempted to call to talk about MAYBE being late to drop the car off and after three hours of hold and transfers I was told it was too late and I will now have to pay an extra day DESPITE my online reservation saying I still had and hour to return the car. the U-Haul website did not work to drop the car off. Any other site worked but not U-Haul. On top of that 85$ fee/theft - with the amount of charges and refunds on my card I paid an ADDITIONAL 70$ in bank fees I very much feel I was forced/tricked into paying over double the original quoted price. This was an outrageously expensive lesson to never use U-Haul ever again. I will be telling everybody I know about this terrible experience/theft

I still was unable to confirm drop off on my phone and had to call to have it done. My location was on and I allowed it for uhaul. I also wasn't able to see the reservation through the app still.

I would not recommend to use the remote locations as criminals can vandalize the equipment. The truck I picked up had damage to the fuel filler tube so fuel could be siphoned off. Plus the special rate for the same truck which was told available on app truly was not. I should have had a $195 rate not $240

This was fine. Area large enough for drop off. Person dropped off too was very available and met us at the times we asked for.
