These people not only couldn't care less about your reservation they later bill for things you didn't even get. This is not the place to go. I rent fairly frequently and this place lace is a scam. I'm 58 year old business owner. Trust me, not them.

Absolutely terrible! Picked to do electronic check in but still ended up having to go in to pick up key. Person working had no idea how to get into computer system to look up reservation. Waited 20 minutes while he video called someone else for assistance and after trying for 20 minutes, he gave up and handed the phone to me and told me I would have to get on the computer to figure it out myself. Got myself checked in, got my key, and realized the truck I was assigned to was not only parked in by another truck, but buried in snow. Had to clean both trucks by myself while going through snow almost to my knees. There should've at least been a path to the trucks that was shoveled!!
Entire process was a joke. At least they had the truck and it was a local move. Hard to understand/ hear them from behind their counter with plexiglass/mask/store noises. They never even went out to the truck. Told me to take a picture when I left, then when I got back. Cab was dirty/had trash in it. Container had dolly and blankets strewn about and was clearly not checked in since I did not rent these... Glad that's important with covid... Truck cannot drive over 60 mph without violent shaking/death wobble(not their fault but needs tire work/alignment probably). Return the truck, fill with gas from their station to above where it was when I dropped it off. Showed her the photos, she takes my phone behind the counter then argues with me that the system shows it left with full gas tank... despite my photo showing it was at 3/4. Photos clearly show it had more gas than when I got it. She finally ended it with if there is a problem they will call me. Zero effort on their part.

The tank was only 3/4 full and the back of the truck had charcoal from a grill spilled all over. It took 20 minutes to clean up before I could put my household items inside.

The location itself was fine. The time it took for both pickup and return was excessive. By reserving and entering all of my data online, I had hoped to make the pickup quicker. I was wrong.
Do NOT do the 24/7 choice..and do NOT go the Vrooom in Kimberly. Get more reps in on a Sunday in the Uhaul office..I was on hold for 40 minutes
I am unhappy that I was charged for 2 days of use of the truck when I returned it after less than 24 hours of use. I had underestimated when I was going to return it.
Dont use the app or website. These guys at shell had me in a uhaul in 10 minutes but the app needed me to jump through hoops until I gave up.
I rented a 15' uhaul and when I picked it up the gas gauge read almost full but not quite full. It also stunk intensely of stale cigarette smoke. After getting about 60 miles away I had to stop and put air in the tires. In the two days I had the truck it died on me four times in the middle of traffic. This was the worst rental experience I've ever had. Would not recommend.
Easy and convenience
Tow dolly had taillight that was out and chain was damaged. Ended up returning for another reason and was charged anyway for the rental.
The owner refused to do walk around for the vehicle which had undocumented damage. The receiving location wanted to charge us for it. Fortunately we had taken pictures prior to leaving the pick up location.
The location was fine and the clerk was very kind. But my pick up experience was not good. I reserved a 10' truck online through the website got to the location and they didn't have me in their system and didn't even have 10' trucks available. After waiting on hold I got tossed around with customer service with UHaul and they told me they scheduled me at a different location which was not reflected in my order details or anything when I went to the Mobil pick up. They gave me a 15' truck at not extra charge. But the clerk still didn't have me in the system. I don't know what was done but he gave me keys to a truck. It wasted about 45 minutes of my time. I will think twice before using uhaul again.
I wasn't told that I had to bring it back. The tank was not full when I got it, but I was supposed to fill it up? Which I was also not told. Then I got slapped with a bunch of fees? Not a good business
I had 1 dolly and 5 furniture blankets on my reservation and only the blankets where in the truck
Uhaul has a poor validation process filled with broken web links and dead end customer service phone lines. Help is needed.
This is about the truck not the location. No cruise control. The seal on the passenger door needs to be replaced, the wind and road noise is loud. One of the vents has a whistle.
First off, the gas station lady didn't know how to work the machine to get my uhaul set up so I actually had to use the computer and follow the prompts for her. She didn't have printer paper so she was unable to print my uhaul contract. Then, I was given my keys for the truck I rented and it was 3 deep. I went back into the store and she asked me to move the other two uhaul vehicles for her so that I could get to mine. I by no means should have had to been the one to move the other uhaul equipment. I wasted 40 minutes there. The uhaul should have been ready for us and the paperwork should have been printed out. Terrible experience.
I had picked a location on your reservation site and the place was to be open on Saturday until 4pm. We got there and it was closed. So thankfully we found another location that was open otherwise I wasn't sure what we were going to do with the trailer. Thankfully it all turned out. The location needs to change their hours on your reservation site.
Check in took a very long time. I wasn't given any paperwork at all. When I returned the vehicle, the attendant made me go outside in the freezing cold to bring him the mileage and gas total. Isn't that his job? Vehicle was clean and ran well. Booked on the phone, and was told the truck was taller than it was. My cargo barely fit. That could have been a real disaster, and did complicate things. I did have some good customer service on the phone, and was able to book on short notice and extend time when the trip went longer. The rest of it was not great.
When this location called me the phone number on caller ID showed a Texas location. I thought it was a junk call so I did not answer it. Almost lost my reservation.
The online experience was generally a nightmare and took far longer than a standard interaction. The cashier at the location did not seem to understand anything about the UHaul rental process. Given this experience, I will never choose the electronic process again.
Honestly the people at this location knew nothing. I did my booking online cause it was actuaries to be faster. The iteration working didn't believe me Ann's wouldn't give me the truck till he talked to someone from Uhaul on the phone.
