Two things i did not like about this location 1st they tack on insurance coverage with out asking if i wanted it so i got a refund on that. Next This location charged me for fuel 4.5 gallons and told me that was the reading that they got and i was to pay for the gas i told them that i put gas in the vehicle above the amount that was indicated on the return i had to drive to there location asked for them to confirm the gas reading in front of me after all that they said they will refund. waiting for the refund. Bad experience twice..
David A.I have rented several u haul trucks and will make sure to inquire about the truck in the future. The truck I just rented had manual Windows. I was unable to adjust the mirrors and it was a very uncomfortable ride.
