Didnt have the furniture pads i requested and charged me nearly 400 for what companies advertise they will do with 2 guys for 400. So i spent the same and broke my own back. Seems like uhaul is out of touch with the market price.

Have people who know the â€œuHaulâ€ process who isn't also picking their nose while in front of customers. Also don't try to upsell items that aren't necessary.
It should not take 20-30 minutes for a representative to answer a call. Too many bugs in your automated system.
The people knew their jobs and worked to get me out in a timely manner.
I was promised a 50.00 refund because I was asked to drive 52 miles to this new drop off location for my move to globe. People there were to busy with drama in house to talk to me. Said she would e-mail me receipt too busy to check me in ??

They were late opening up. When I went to return trailer no one was there even though it said on the door they said that they were open.
The young man helping me was juggling a lot of balls at one time. He could use some help but he was respectful and pleasant. They need to tidy the office up.
Make sure to have all components for equipment that your renting out and not have people drive to other uhauls just to find out you have sent people over there for same product so much they dont have anymore causing the customer to go to another uhaul for 3rd time, if you dont have the right stuff to send customers on the way dont rent it out untill you do, causing someone to drive down the road to 2 other uhauls while having no visible brake lights for other cars is not only not safe but is irresponsible as a uhaul franchise to put customers in that predicament. Nice employees but wrong decisions were made that day, in future hopefully things are ran better.

Everything went smoothly
Well after everything I dealt with to get the trailer....The fact that it took me over an hour to return it, and to be told that I would have to call the 1 800# to get my deposit back...needless to say... I'm in no way impressed with UHAUL at the moment... I finally got a call this morning. Asking me where they should send my refund for my deposit... Mind you, I returned the trailer three days ago....
We waited a long time, then after we declined the insurance coverage, we were charged for it anyway. We were told by the guy that handled our rental that we could just tell the drop off location what he had done and we would be reimbursed. He also told us that if we dropped off the trailer early we would be refunded for unused time. Both of these were untrue.
Not the cleanest business in the world but boy did they ever take care of my needs. I constantly was making changes to my pickup date due to this virus thing and she took care of everything. Our trip was 2,000 miles and trailer performed perfectly

Rear roll up door jammed and could not get it to close 1500 miles from destination. Took over an hour to get it fixed (temporarily)
