No personnel to assist. A virtual return location was not explained at pick up location and it took 1.5 hours to access the web site for return. Then the application wanted me to unhook the auto hauler and I did not know this before hand and did not bring someone who could do this for me at the drop off location. I had to call customer service and ask what to do and the lady said she would file a report. I told her I wanted to talk to someone regarding all the issues I had and she said someone would get back to me in 1-3 business days. So far I don't even have. Receipt for my transaction via email. This was by far the worst experience I have had renting and returning uhaul equipment.

The location is great, but the online self pick up took 27 minutes, submitted 4 headshots of myself, two of primary driver, and multiple photos of our driver licenses... too long.

Truck and auto transport were prepped the night before, found nail in tire on trailer on my walkaround, they had uhaul service fix it right away, and even helped load and tie down the car.

The issue that I had was not with this location. I reserved a trailer 3 weeks in advance at a location less than a mile away from me. The day before my pick up I was called by haul to inform me that if I wanted the trailer I had to pick it up at this alternative location which was a 2 hour round trip. Just because you reserve a unit do not expect it to be available and no one at haul will offer any assistance or concern.

These folks were great! The trailer was ready when they said it was gong to be. We used the blankets and ball hitch. They were efficient, friendly and helpful. I would recommend them and if we ever need another trailer, I would go back to them. Thanks!
