The U-Haul online app is difficult to use and took extra time. I returned the vehicle in less than 3 hours because the apartment wasn't ready. We were charged for gas but I added 2 gallons to drive 20 miles. It shouldn't have been low as I was billed.
James J.Could not find the trucks for 24 hour pickup. Had to call twice to fine the truck. Truck work well. But I was charged 16.50 for 3 gals of gas. But I took a picture of where it started just for this reason. I will be fighting this gas charge because it was returned a little higher than what I picked it up
Michael R.Showed that the location was open. Went to The Meat Slicer and there was no one there. No signs saying what I needed to do. Called Uhaul and they didn't know where the trucks were located. The trucks were across the parking lot behind another building. Very frustrating!
