Service was excellent. I reserved a truck at the other Antioch location but when there was a mechanical issue witht the truck, they proactively arranged for me to go to the other Antioch location on Anita. I experienced no disruption and was impressed with how this was so well managed. I do think mileage costs are high.

Better communication between the staff at uhaul and customer. Could not get a gate code to return rental. Customer service stinks. I will not use uhaul for anything!

The trailer was very clean and positioned in a manner that made hooking up to it very easy. The location was easy to find, clean, and secure. The staff were very kind and helpful at Lake County Storage of Antioch. Their service was fabulous! I would definitely recommend this location to others!

UHaul scam on fuel: the recommended refueling chart supplied by UHaul is off by 50%, thus UHaul benefits from more fuel at the customer's expense. Example: they show 9.5 gallons needed to go from 1/8 to 3/8 on the fuel tank gauge and it took me under 6 gallons. I would have paid an extra $12 in gas if I had followed it.
