Reserved truck, handtruck, and furniture dolly a week in advance. When I went to pick up my truck, it was completely empty and the proprietor said they don't have any of those things available. Little to no actual parking to leave your car as well.James M.
This wasn't the place I chose, I got a call less than 24 hours before I was to pick up the truck moving the location. I had to drive another 15 minutes out of my way and 15 minutes back to the location I needed to be. Only giving me 30 extra miles for the inconveniencekenneth W.
Owner yelled at me for where I parked vehicle. No markings for where to drop off so I chose open space. Was told I had to move the vehicle and asked why would I park it there. I moved vehicle per his instructions and asked if he treated all customers this way. Two other personnel there with UHaul shirts on were no help and said they were "Sorry" but I had to talk to the owner.Martin J.
It should have a full tank of gas. Tires should be filled with air. For some reason there is yet another charge which I don't know anything about.john G.
The gentleman in charge at this location could not have been more helpful. Quickly came out to the truck after we finished gassing up, asked us if we had a good trip, had any issues with the truck (we didn't) and quickly directed us to a parking spot on his lot. The cargo van I reserved was not available upon pickup as scheduled. The authorized location gave me a box truck, upon starting the vehicle the dash alarmed that the tire pressure was low and the truck only 1/4 tank of gas in it. The truck was also more expensive in mileage than the cargo van I reserved. When returning the vehicle the location then tried to add additional charges for things I had clearly stated that I did not need and also tried to make me pay for more gas than what the vehicle originally had in it when I rented it and they also tried to charge me for a few more miles than the mileage indicated that I had driven. I would not trust this authorized location or recommend them to anyone. This location rented unsafe equipment and clearly was out to take advantage of me. I do not believe they should continue to be allowed to be an authorized dealer. The next day I did call U-haul customer service to report this experience and they were great.NICOLE F.
The Right rear tire had a low tire pressure and I could not verify the mileage until after I inflated the tire. The gas was at a quarter tank. I received a text for verification of rental with an error message when I clicked on the link and would not open. After I picked up the truck, I got an email that my reservation was cancelled. I called 1-800-GO-UHAUL and never got a representative. The truck was clean and worked well for my needs. I will use UHAUL again even with these issues. I'm sure that the next time will be a smooth transaction.Eric M.
The manager/owner was rude borderline mean and not helpful. There was no clear direction of where to park the truck. He then made me repark the truck twice because he changed his mind where he wanted it. Additionally he refused to talk to me and would only speak clearly to my friend who was a male (going as far as just waiving at me and saying no park there and not answering when I asked where but rather waiting for my friend to come walking up to speak with him instead of me). He was not wearing a mask but attempted to get into the truck driver seat while I was still in it to take a picture. And mockingly covered his mouth with his hand when I motioned about a mask. Then he insisted on taking the keys from me before I had completed the checkout process which made it very difficult to checkout. It was the worst experience I have had with uhaul. My experience is usually excellent.Lindsey W.
Easiest UHaul rental I've ever done. Don't be put off if Ali is a bit rushed at times; the place is very busy. Everything done by phone/e-mail, equipment clean & new, couldn't have been any easier. Highly recommend.Brian M.
