Uhaul needs to get her blankets and appliance dollies. Needed help at check-in and her rep wasn't available for help. I needed appliance dolly and blankets, but had to go with 6 blankets and a utility dolly.

Worst experience with Uhaul I’ve had and I’ve been doing business with you for over 20 years. The office is obviously the owners home and the sliding glass door goes into their living room that is littered with ash trays and cigarette buts, I could smell the nasty smoke standing outside. They were not there during the advertised hours and another customer was there to pick up a truck and was left stranded!! Please review the google reviews of this location and you will see this is a regular occurrence. Because of them not being there I was also charged for an additional day that I should not have been responsible for, causing me to have to call customer service to get my money back. I called and left a message at the location and my call was never returned. I called back a few days later and was greeted with a gruff hello- not “thank you for calling Uhaul, how can I help you” the lady was very unwilling to help and simply told me to call and “file a complaint then”. Are you kidding me? How do you conduct business like this? With as many locations there are nearby, I can assure you they are a very poor brand ambassador and not doing Uhaul any favors.

We showed up to a trailer that the people lived. Random people sleeping on the couch and they smoked in there so when I left I smelt like a cigarette. There should be a office separate from there home. It was uncomfortable and weird with all the random people living in a place of “business”. The lady was nice and helped with the trailer though.

The lady that owns and works there is efficient and friendly. The office is located in the trailer that she lives in. Not inviting at all when you walk in, but her efficiency will have me return there again without any doubt.

Arrived at pickup location. Reserved truck was not at location. Uhaul transferred us to another location but the uhaul dealer at the original pickup location swapped it out for a truck that was reserved for a later time. Uhaul needs a better system. Ive rented from uhaul quite a few times in the past and i used to work for a property mgmt company that to this day still rents uhauls and ive never had a problem with uhaul like i experienced this time around

Dropped off the car dolly around 4:00 pm on the second day of a four day contract. No one was there and two other customers came up and left. I called the phone number on my paperwork and left a message with no call back. Made eight phone calls to U-Haul and the drop off location in two days . Finally got U-Haul and told them the story . They definitely need better customer service ...
