This gentlemen spoke broken english and it was difficult to understand him. What I thought was unlimited miles, was only 129 miles and I had to pay an additional 100 dollars in mileage fees.

I reserved 12 moving blankets, and paid for that but only received 6. Attendant was minimally helpful, we had to find the truck after trying several as he just handed us keys without telling us which one it was. He did not walk out to look for damage on the truck but told us to go "check it out" and then come back inside and tell him what we saw. He had us take a picture of his computer screen because he was not able to print the receipt.

Didn't have our truck that we reserved 2 weeks in advance. Customer service was a nightmare and at one point said that there was nothing they could do for us. Spent an hour and a half on hold trying to get this settled. I am not one to complain and I am a very patient person, but corporate will be hearing about this experience.

The location is very underkept. Both times I went to the location, picking up and dropping off, I had to wait for the proprietor to deal with their tobacco customers. I assume this is due to the fact that the location shares a building (and I assume owner) with the Tobacco Jungle. Regardless of this fact, I was the one who had to complete the entire process on the “owners” computer. By that I mean I had to fill out my portion and help the worker get through their portion to allow me to rent it. Had I not been in dire need of the trailer, I would have left and gone to another location. I would strongly suggest assisting this location with rectifying their issues.

There were not open when they told me they would be! Therefore, I could not get a wiring extension, which was required because the one on the trailer was about a foot short of the end of the hitch system. Which meant I could not check the lights, which had a short and blew fused on my towing vehicle.

The representative seemed confused about how the online app worked. She made me wait while she "confirmed" it on her laptop. Which I am not sure actually did. Also there was some conflicting info on the pick-up location.
