We did an after hours drop off and left the key in the dropbox so we did not interact with any personnel. I tried to leave it blank, but was forced to put an answer so I had to say no. But since I had no interaction with personnel, that seems an unfair question. There should've been a N/A choice.

Just a drop off location....no one there to help check you in.
RICHARD BThe staff was very helpful. Appears they are new to this and could not assist in closing my delivery. The mobile app was not working most likely due to weather. Overall uhaul customers service was very helpful.

Shelia OI will never use a remote location again I'm not very tech so it sucked and the call was not much help as well the cost is crazy over 80 dollars for maybe 3hrs use better to find another way to move
