Poor maintained truck in poorly maintained area. I was overcharged. I will not use U-Haul again. I had a reservation but they never seem to know you are coming even though I had a date and time set up, it is always a surprise. Just poor experience all around, overpriced poorly maintained truck. It doesn't appear that U-Haul is concerned about the customer service or experience. It was totally disconnected, the person drove up late, and utilized my information while staying in their vehicle with their cell phone, poor reception. The business where the trucks were parked just kept saying they are not directly involved or affiliated, the trucks are just parked there.

Cherise S.They need to stop putting the milage to what they want. Also need to explain what is required when vehicle is turned back. Also let you know how much gas is in vehicle and expect vehicle with you before and after. Was not pleased with this location service
