I asked to be checked in with the person in the office, they said I had to do contact less check in. I spent over 30 mins without success to do the contact less check in, was never check on why I did not come in. I had to call 1800 number, to have them tell the office to check me in.
Ron was exceptional in getting me set up for our recent relocation. I have a already recommended.
Understanding the process to set-up the phone pick-up was not straightforward. I thought I had done everything I needed to do prior to pick-up, but found out I still needed to take a picture of my Driver's License and have an alternate contact set-up. Also, the expectations of what I would have to do with the return were unclear prior to actually having to take pictures of the fuel gauge, odometer, etc.
The location was easy to locate. The check-in and return process was a little challenging.
I completed all of the check information on line. Yet when I showed up to pick up the trailer I had to knock on the door and wait for the person to assist. He still required me to present my DL and credit card - again after all of this was submitted to make check in fast. It took over 20 minutes for him to do this. The trailer - I admit I did not inspect prior to departure - had red mud all over the bottom. Since I was moving upholstered furniture I had to was the trailer out first and then dry it prior to loading.
I only drove the truck 8 miles and was charged for 1.7 gallons of gas at $3.753 per gallon. At 16 miles to the gallon I would have only used 1/2 gallon of gas and there is no gas station in Alpharetta selling gas for $3.753 per gallon. And I am sure the truck gets better gas mileage than 16 miles to the gallon. The needle hardly moved from where it was at the time I picked up the truck. It 's the principal, not the money. Also the girl was very rude.
I did not like using the app to pick up the truck. They had to call someone else to verify me when I took a picture of myself and my drivers license plus there were camera in the back of the building where I was standing waiting for them to approve. I had to walk to the back of the building find the truck and then walk back to the front of the building to a lock box to pick up the key. It took almost 30 Minutes for me to pick up the truck. On U-Haul website they claim this is a faster way to picture the truck, which I don't think is the case..
I have used this location many tines, and have always received excellent service!

I had a minor issue with billing, but it was quickly fixed by the person in-charge of this location
I tried using uhaul app for self service, which was so bad and frustrating. App was not working or not providing any message/error. Just hangs. I tries using web application through phone. That also was not helping. Tried different browsers which couldnt help either. Luckily a staff was available at the counter. Same issue while dropping the vehicle.
Despite Covid-19. Great Service provided.
Have the rental ready when I arrive and not make me wait 10 minutes for final approval.

This location is great, Foster and Wanda are knowledgeable and very helpful. The vehicle was clean and worked well. I will definitely use them again.
Manager could certainly be more friendly. He was more concerned about contacting the virus.
I was not aware of the charge for the service dolly. This was a surprise. I did not need the dolly. The rental rate should be quoted to include the dolly if it's a requirement 29.95 + 14.00. I was also quoted 14.00 for the safe move coverage but my final bill charged 28.00. I also thought the weekday mileage rate was 0.59 and weekends 0.79. I was charged 0.79 for a Wednesday. It seems like it's a moving target with the billing. My estimated charges at pickup reflected $78.22 and my final billing was $141.53. I think this is still a fair price and service at this location was exceptional. To improve for next customer, I would recommend final billing be more close to initial estimate without hidden charges.
Glad to meet a fellow Memphian running this store, who was very informative of the equipment, which has been upgraded since my last rental. It performed flawlessly back to TN with the car in tow.

This location was very close to my starting point for my move. It is a well run company and usually have all the moving supplies I need, and the staff is courteous and helpful to support renting moving equipment and supplies.
The man who manages here is always so accommodating and helpful. We've rented UHaul from here several times and will continue to do so because of the impeccable service and great location!
Contactless pick up is very confusing and poorly done. Need to be able to meet in person. It took an hour to figure out how to get my uhaul once on the property.
