I had an absolutely horrible experience when we picked up our trailer. I immediately called customer service on 3/19/23 after we left the location. I was told that a field manager would be calling me to discuss what happened. Today is 3/21/23 and I have not heard anything.
Kristen L.Sent me to a closed location then to another 15 miles away . Rude worker at 2nd location. Didn't have any gas at pick up marked it as a quarter of a tank brought it back over a quarter then changed me 46 dollars for gas fill service and 4 gallons of gas ! Very disappointing and I have pictures of gas and milage before leaving and at the drop off location.
Grant B.The location was fine, but my overall experience was AWFUL. The first location I reserved at was padlocked shut even though they were supposed to be open. I was sent 50 miles to this location, but the address I was given is incorrect. What should have been an easy moving day was made awful by the original location in moulton.
