Have better signage to make it clear which building/parking area is the one you need. I was returning the truck and I had no idea to park under the canopy.
If person makes a reservation online and its gives them a different location, be considerate and honor the time. To improve your service, I recommend you either reduce the mileage fee or even better since they are leaving the state, make the mileage free and unlimited because the mileage rate is unreasonable and it causing your potential customers to go else where the mileage is free.

I purchased a 15 foot moving truck. However I did not recieve such, I did however reecieve a 10 foot vehicle with a mom's attick. If some how I could please be reimbursed for the difference I would greatly appreciate it, thank you in advance Doretha J Jones
Customer service was horrible. Literally was told they were going to report the truck stolen because I didn't return the truck on time but I was paying for each day of service.
Not very friendly service. Items that I ordered (pads and dolly) were not in the truck. The top of the truck was not cleaned off from the snow days before creating possibly dangerous situation on the roads.
Had the wrong storage unit reserved for me and I was unable to fit all my items. Yet again, uhaul proves their lack of planning just becomes the customer's problem. Terrible operational management.
don,t over charge and fix the alignment on your 26-footer and firer the female manager she is a lier
Moving forward I will never use Uhaul again for a moving truck. I would rather pay the extra money and have the reliability that comes with it. I was scheduled to pick up a 26 foot truck at 4pm. When I arrived there after a 30 minute drive, the truck was not there. I was told to come back at 6:15 for a truck. I drove back home 30 minutes, only to return at 6:15 and the truck not be available. I had movers coming the next morning and I had to return home without a truck...again. It wasn't until the morning of the move I got a truck. No discount on the truck or anything for my inconvenience. My problem isn't with this location per se, but the entire Uhaul company. Don't make reservations for people that count on your moving trucks and you don't have them available. And your "reservation is guaranteed or will give you $50" is a complete joke. Give that $50 to your employees at the locations that have to deal with customers that you make angry by overbooking. Never again. Stay away from Uhaul!!
The website needs to be updated to reflect the actual size of the units. I found the website size measurement a bit misleading and as a result had to rent two units at the last minute.

The woman who took care of us, I believe her name was Charlene, was extremely rude and judgemental going so far as to pose the question "why do you need this for 2 days?" I will never again rent a UHaul from that location and someone needs to have a conversation with her about professionalism in the workplace. As a paying customer who treated her with respect and kindness, I was appalled by her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills. The employee at the counter commented that "at least U-Haul stock is up" ....I bloodied my tongue in restraint to not say "Must be that Professional Customer Service Your buddy provides" .... Hello Penske!!!

Your computer check in system was not working, so everything had to be done manually, which took time. On the plus side, the counter person got it all done and then assisted in hooking up the trailer, which was appreciated. The return check in went smoothly. Good job overall.

A 26 foot truck does NOT fit a 4 bedroom house...I had a 3 bedroom house and no way. I had to go back twice. Double the time and effort I expected to spend on this.
More training on empathy skills for employees. Not a pleasant experience when dealing with employee at the counter.
I originally requested a pickup with a facility within 1 mile of my house. The day before pickup, I received an email changing my pickup to a location almost five miles from my house. This is not excellent customer service
