Truck was dirty inside. Had multiple exterior areas marked with â€˜x' which I was told was a marker used to show uhaul was aware of previous damage. You should have an option of a visual inspection with a representative rather then downloading pictures that not all of us our technically able to do.

They had no idea that the truck was there it only had 1/4 tank of gas also no moving blankets where at the font of a gentleman told us to pull up to the front of and pick them up we waited for him to come never did we had to go in to the store and pick them up also asked for the truck to be ready to pick up at 9am was told it would not be available till 3 pm the inside of truck was dirty. The personal in that store where not customer friendly at all.
Good customer service
Service was good, but after closing time I couldn't return the truck because my car was locked in the garage so I had to drive it home again and come back early.
Just be a little faster when returning equipment waited like 20 minutes too turn in a trailer
When you promise a reservation on a certain time and day and A convenient pick up location it should be honored! People are moving and to be told the night before that there is no equipment for you Is unacceptable. If you cannot provide what was ordered (WEEKS IN ADVANCE) you have no business making the reservation!!!
We were supposed to pick it up and check in through our mobile device. They did not have the truck available...we found out after about 20 minutes on the phone with the 1-800 number. Then they gave us a van (not big enough) and when we went to get the key...it was gone. We had to come back 3 hours later when people were there and we lost our team of movers in the process because we were so late. When I showed up at 7:00am to talk to someone, the woman was angry that she had to deal with me. She was not apologetic and although she gave me the $50 refund it was with an attitude. When I returned the van, the people were nice but did not seem to know the extent of this issue and did not offer anything further for my time. Frankly, I should have not had to pay anything for the aggravation, attitude, and lack of services/materials at the time I needed them. Please help me to find some fairness. I reserve a truck on one location. When I went to pick the location had none. I had to travel extra miles to get the truck. At both location stating they had same problem a few days before. Rep at location stated it was not there problem or fault. They couldn't help me. I was not happy. It I reserve the truck at one location it should be there. It was It responsible from the company. This is not customer friendly.
Deliver the correct truck, atvthe reserved time. I was given a smaller truck, 9 1/2 hours after I reserved it. My help was gone by then and i had to make multiple trips with my 80 year old father. I would NEVER use uhaul again!
Very good customer service
From the online booking and confirmation. To checking in online was so smooth. Once I was there on the day of the pickup it was a quick five minute check to make sure it was me, explain the drop off options and exit. The move went smoothly and I brought the truck back and checked it in online. Quick, simple and easy. The staff was excellent as well. Very professional, friendly and COVID compliant. I felt safe and well taken care of.
I feel that I was scammed with the hours and the price and a nal served to the clue because they charged me extra money and they still do not answer me

I was given a faulty truck that had a broken gas tank. After attempting to fill up the truck at multiple pumps, I returned to let the store know and potentially get a different truck. I was greeted with complete disinterest in helping me and disbelief that anything was wrong. I was told to try another gas station and that they didn't have another truck. Feeling like the brunette female employee couldn't be bothered to help me in the slightest I proceeded to load the truck and attempt my trip. When the gas tank would no longer fill, I called roadside assistance and they told me to bring my full truck to a shop. The shop couldn't do anything and I was forced to do a load swap into a new truck that was now available. However I had to wait until the following day because it immediately started pouring down rain for the movers come to transfer my load. I had requested 3 movers to expedite the move since I was on a schedule and U-Haul only sent a payment code for 2. I then had to wait for an hour and a half on the phone with customer service to get a new code for the third mover. All of this could have been avoided if the original employee would have helped me even a little bit by trying to see if there was a different truck available in a different location. Anything other than the service I received would have been appreciated. All of this could have been avoided if that employee had done a better job. If I can avoid it, I will no longer use U-Haul in the future.

I was charged unjustly $18 for gas when I did not even use $5dollar gas. At pickup, I was given the keys and asked to go look for the van among many others of its type. I had to go back to them two times before some one came out to saw me the van. I was charged more than I was suppose to pay. Terrible experience. The car was smelling as well.
U-haul needs to seriously review the "mobile pick-up" option it offers. I chose this option both times, for my pick-up and return of the truck, and it was completely misleading and frankly impossible to use my phone to do either. In reality, this option is not available for customers, and U-haul should not be advertising it as an option.
Had issues of connectivity to my account and location finding on my cell, so couldn't finish my drop off via cell phone. Other than that rental went very smoothly.
cut down on the weight time when calling the u-haul numbers. not appplicable to all locations.
