No dolly was available even though I preordered. Truck had 28 miles left of gas in it. Would have been nice to not have to immediately go get gas. Minor inconvenience not a show stopper.

50 dollar guarentee rebate was not givenon change of location from Jena to Alexandria.. He argued for 20 minutes with me. Even though I had talked to hime the day before. 2 other people with Uhaul that said $50 had been taken care of didn't. Seems like Uhaul doesn't keep it word, has false advertising, or just plain lies..

I think when one of U-hauls vehicles are used for disaster relief it should have been given a discount. Also the return policy sticks, when you return the trailer early in the morning (8am) and you have to pay for the 3rd day. When you get back at 5:00 and live 30 miles from town. Thanks.

The windshield was horribly dirty. Covered in bugs. I had to scrub it for over 30 minutes to be able to see! Also, they said the gas was on 3/4 tank, but it was actually one line below that. The wait to pick up the van was almost an hour due to only one person working the counter!

The general manager at this store is very rube to his customer I don't like his attitude and the other men's don't no what they doing he have to stop waiting on the customer and help the other men's when it a store full of people he have 3 men's working and none no what to do I hate this store and the general manager also

The truck I reserved was not available, even though I received a phone call, text message, AND email confirmation. The representative was not helpful nor friendly. I ended up having to find my OWN truck and pay way more than I intended to pay to get it.

Our customer service rep. Cody was very rude and disrespectful. our paperwork wasn't correct "mileage and gas" he wasn't trying to be helpful at all. Until another customer rep came in and helped us out.

Reserved 17' truck, not at location told to pick it up at. Went to other location didn't have 17'. Was given 15' truck. Didn't have enough room to get everything in, had to get help from two friends. Thankfully, friends are dependable.

1. When you tell someone your gonna have it ready for a certain day have it ready and don't make the customer drive way up there to get it and tell them what they reserved isn't available til the next day. 2. Make sure if you tell them their utility dolley is in the truck that it is in the truck and don't let the customer get all the way home in a fuckin storm and find out it's not. Then tell them they have to drive way the fuck back up their to get the sonofabitch! I definitely won't be using Uhaul ever again and will tell everybody I know the same

Trailer that I had reserved on Tuesday was not at the location I wanted to pick up from. I had to drive 1 hour out of town to pick up the trailer. This put me 2 hours behind schedule for my move. After I had to sit at the store for almost 45 min while they tried to figure everything out.

My credit card was used multiple times to reserve vans and other equipment and then charged for several extra days on equipment. I did not authorize any of the transactions except 1 for a dolly which I returned within the 24 hour period. When trying to straighten things out I encountered rude and unhelpful employees!
