Tried to rent at 6th& I40 agent ran info four times and still wound up sending me to 113 6th. Was promptly taken care of there. Now have pending charges from 6th& I40, not good for business.

Over priced according to 2 other locations including the return location that told us we paid way to much for the truck rental and the car tow equipment was not even the correct one. There was no way to charge in the truck so we spent 2 hours in rest stops charging phones so we had map quest to get across the country. Will not be renting another uhaul.

We tried to use the app to self check out and it was a frustrating experience and did not work. No one told use that the time for pickup expires and does not allow you to checkout past that time. We called the 800 number for assistance and had a miserable interaction with the rep. He asked us if we were next to EL601? What the hell kind of number is that. We had to ask him a couple of times what that number meant then he said it's the truck number. He reset our checkout time. We asked to speak to someone else. She tried to help us with the app and thought it was our browsers. By that time the store opened and the guy tried to help us. No instructions are provided in what to expect when using the app. You need the exact time, you need to be next to the truck, you have to have your drivers license. Hated the whole process. Won't use haul again.

regardless of what location you rent from, you should be able to drop it off at any location, as long as you are in the Albuquerque city limits. Also clearly it is stated in this survey where my pickup location was and my drop off locationswas. Dropped off the

The dolly we reserved was inadvertently given out to another customer. We had to go to a separate location to rent a dolly. That was disappointing.

No one there when I arrived to rent and then no one there when i returned to drop off, had to wait for someone to arrive for each. ADDITIONALLY- The APP needs a serious upgrade before I ever attempt to use it again. I have rented with UHaul several times in the past and have NEVER had this much trouble.

Get employees that know what they are doing, or don't give them another job to do so that they don't get overwhelmed when dealing with uhaul customers. We sat for 45 minutes waiting for a truck we reserved that was given to another customer by mistake. That was NOT good for us because we had people that were waiting to help us move. I didn't appreciate it at all!! Not good service!!

Tell the actual UHaul office on 6th street to quit telling customers that they can give 100.00 cash and then the difference from the rental will be given back to them - a credit card is needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rented a tow dolly and notices the tie down straps were worn out and the guy wasn’t very helpful. I asked him if he could change them and he wasn’t to sure what to do! As I was in a time crunch, I just left annoyed because that defiantly a safety issue!

I loved the fact I was able to drop off the cargo trailer by way of an app. That was sooooo convenient because no one was there, driveway was blocked off and no contact information. Thank you for the APP!

Office was not open at drop off time two days on a row. Employee arrived an hour and a half after drop off time on second day and assured me that the late fee would not be charged due to error on his part, however I was charged for 2 extra days. Truck was returned with fuel at level indicated on contract, however I was charged for fuel refill. Morning of drop off I was unable to reach anyone by phone using any of the three numbers provided by the email with return details of listed at drop off location. When calls were returned a day later, I was assured that everything was fine and no extra charges (aside from mileage) would be incurred, however I was in fact charged for 2 additional days and fuel cost as well as being threatened with a late fee if not payed within 7 days. I was given the runaround by phone when calling to resolve this issue. Additionally, an unauthorized withdraw for approximately $50 was taken out of my checking account without my consent.

They told me right off the bat that the scratch on the top of the U-Haul was NOT covered by the insurance...wish I had known...I also got charged another RENTAL TAX which I am trying to get refunded.

It is very difficult to find. The signs are not very obvious but the personnel were very good. The first truck they tried to give me had a broken windshield that was held in with duct-tape but I was given a replacement that was in excellent condition.
