CHRISTOPHER W.the truck was clean and running when I arrived, although there must have been a cat sleeping in the front seat, as it smelled so strong of cat pee. I had to keep the windows down the entire drive from Alamosa to Colorado Springs.
WRAYANNE W.The drop off went very well. No issues at all. The only issue is with the company Uhaul. They changed the pickup site at the last minute adding distance and time. This would have been ok, but then we went 10 miles over the milage limit and were changed for the additional miles. Uhaul should be willing to pickup the additional miles as they (Uhaul) added additional miles by changing the pickup site. J&J Rentals is not at fault but the company Uhaul should do better than this.
