Didn’t communicate extra charges until AFTER credit card was charged. Then states “you will have call corporate for a refund”. She was friendly, but not helpful and seemed to want to charge extra cost to see what she could get away with.
MARQUESA TOur experience at this location was easy peasy. Smooth, in, and out. And the lady that helped us out was very pleasant, and easy going. Will definitely return.

They had no issue moving very heavy furniture. They completed the task of moving in a large four bedroom house without any missteps; furniture placed, assembled, with no dings on the furniture or house.
