The staff was nice, but they forgot to have a car trailer that I requested sent to their location, so I had to go pick it up myself. They also forgot to give me a furniture dolley I had requested. Moving is already stressful enough. It is my expectation that I receive everything I asked for at that location if it says the materials are available. I wasn't notified that a car trailer wasn't available...

I did not get my equipment and was still charged for it they need to do a better job at telling you what you can get with self pickup and not letting you charge your self up I had to leave my fridge behind and my move was extra hard I won't use uhaul again.

Hello, to whom it may concern. I am writing this email because of a bad customer service, that I recently went through. My name is Esteban I reserved my U-Haul rental on 9/29/18. Which was a prior to my pick up of the rental? I received a notification that the location of my pick up was moved, to a different location than what I had originally chosen on the website. On 9/30/18 I went to the location which is at 11:00 am. And I waited for 2 hours just to be helped by a customer representative. I am so saddened by this experience. I lost time and had a bad experience on behalf of U-Haul. I will definitely never use U-Haul service, based on my prior experience.

Though Ballpark storage was great! This was my worst experience ever with uhaul. I reserved a uhaul truck 24 hours in advance when I got there I a good in line for an hour did the phone app pick up my truck and all i needed was to pick up keys. I got to the counter and the truck was given to someone else no truck for me. I reserved another truck at another location and got there and they said truck was just taken as well after I already reserved. Ballpark was my 3rd try and they had the truck and fought to get me a discount.

This whole ordeal has been one headache after another, ay least at this location they took the time to look things up to see what had happened to not charge me the extra charge system was showing since according to contract this was the wrong drop off location. I truly hope someone calls me and that I get my overcharge refund and/or additional compensation for YOUR errors!

The location had closed at 4:00 so when I got there at 4:30 no one was there I did the drop off through my phone and dropped the keys in the drop box. But it was a nice clean location.
