I rented a Econoline Van in excellent condition for just a quick one day use. I would use this place again. On the other hand the U-Haul website was a real pain.

The location and staff were great, our issue was with U-Haul. We set up an online pickup but ended up having to spend an hour inside the store trying to get the system to work. It was a huge hassle. The staff were very helpful on the this process. Unfortunately with everything happening, we ended up cancelling my self pick up and redoing it under a new contract.

The location was great. Only complaint was that I had to drive over an hour to get the rental since the area I reserved the trailer from was out. The inconvenience of driving the day I was suppose to load up added more running around then wanted.

Tug Edge was great! U-haul corporate was TERRIBLE. I needed to make a change in my drop location due to travel plans changing on a Sunday. After waiting almost an hour on hold, they passed me around then wanted to charge me an additional $400 on top of the one-way fee.

Not Tug Edge fault, Uhaul did not have our truck we rented, ended up with a smaller truck and trailer, what is the point of reserving an item in advance when you still don't have them in stock.
